ATF Apparition Stout (White/Pale Stout) - Grainfather

The ATF Apparition Stout has a nice roasty cacao and coffee aroma, a creamy texture and a slight sweet nuttiness, with a smooth roast coffee flavour that continues to develop across the palate and moves toward cacao in the finish. It is a beer that isn’t what it seems.

Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend Mangrove Jack's Empire Ale yeast, or you could also try Mangrove Jack's Liberty Bell yeast.

In addition to what is included in the kit you will require:

  • fresh coffee beans (we recommend a rich full bodied coffee).
  • roasted cacao nibs.
  • vanilla bean.
  • vodka to soak the coffee beans and roasted cacao nibs in.

    This kit is only put together when ordered. All hops are kept vacuumed sealed and refrigerated. Yeast is also kept refrigerated.
