The ATF Extract Recipe - Kapiti Pale Ale is a hop forward beer with prominent citrus, pine, and tropical fruit aromas. A beautiful deep golden colour with a solid malt base and a firm but smooth balancing bitterness, the ATF Kapiti Pale Ale is a very satisfying beer.

Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using two packets of Mangrove Jack's West Coast Ale Yeast or you could also try using one packet of Fermentis Safale US-05.
