ATF Jacked Up Moose - Whirlpool Version

ATF Jacked Up Moose is a complex beer that packs a punch. Commonly referred to as an American Brown Ale, it is biscuity and nutty with dark caramel/toffee and smooth coffee and chocolate flavours and aromas. It is balanced beautifully with punchy fruity, citrusy hops up front, with a resinous piney and herbal background. This beer will have your taste buds dancing.

Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Mangrove Jack's Liberty Bell yeast.

This recipe employs whirlpool hopping at a set temperature of 65℃ for 60 minutes. If you are unable to maintain a 65℃ whirlpool for 60 minutes you may wish to try the hop burst version.
