NEIPA’s are an unfiltered IPA packed with hop flavour and aroma. Typically hazy in appearance with a soft bitterness and full rounded mouthful, NEIPA are all about hop flavour and aroma.
ATF Juicy Fruit features a huge citrus and tropical fruit hop character from the whirlpool and dry-hop additions of Mosaic, Sabro, and Simcoe hops, as well as a soft creamy mouthfeel. The end result is a beer full of citrus juice character with extra pulp, thus the name Juicy Fruit.
NEIPA’s are particularly sensitive to oxidation and are best drunk young.
Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Lallemand's New England yeast due to its ability to produce beers with a unique fruit forward ester profile, which is sought after in NEIPA's. Through expression of a β-glucosidase enzyme, LalBrew® New England can promote hop biotransformation and accentuate hop flavour and aroma.
Alternatively you could use Mangrove Jack's Hophead Ale (which is a blend of yeast and β-glucosidase enzyme), Lallemand Verdant IPA, Mangrove Jack's Liberty Bell yeast or Fermentis SafAle S-04.

Please select the source water you will be using to receive the correct salts. The target water profile is provided for brewers using another source water so that the correct mineral/acid additions can be calculated to achieve the target water profile and mash pH. Brewing salts and lactic acid can be purchased here.
This kit is only put together when ordered. All hops are kept vacuumed sealed and refrigerated. Yeast is also kept refrigerated.
