The ATF Kapiti Pale Ale is a hop forward beer with prominent citrus, pine, and tropical fruit aromas. A beautiful deep golden colour with a solid malt base and a firm but smooth balancing bitterness, the ATF Kapiti Pale Ale is a very satisfying beer.
Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Fermentis SafAle US-05, or you could also try Lallemand's BRY-97 or Mangrove Jack's US West Coast.
