Weyermann Pale Wheat Malt is produced from quality wheat and is the ideal base grain for pale Weizenbiers, such as Hefeweizen and Kristallweizen. It is also indispensable in American wheat beers. It adds creaminess, body, and complex wheat flavors with notes of bread, nuts, biscuit, toffee, and light caramel.
