New Zealand grown UK aroma hop with mild, delicate and sweet floral characteristics(4-6%AA)

Golding is an old long-established variety which is actually a group of various traditional varieties originating in Kent, England. It is a tall hop with loose low yielding cones, and it thrives well under New Zealand's disease free conditions.

NZ Golding is a low yielding aroma variety that is grown in the Nelson region of New Zealand. Because of New Zealand's disease free status our Golding grows without the risk of traditional European wilt diseases which Golding is particularly susceptible to.

Golding Hops thrive for aroma additions any time throughout the boil or during dry hopping. This variety has an alpha acid rating of 4-6% keeping its bitterness on the low side in beer. It is often complimented with Fuggle Hops in English brew recipes. The aroma is sweet-tempered, savory, and affable.

"A redolent fruity hop!"

This hop has scents of sweet citrus fruits, and redolence of nectarous flowers. It has relatively high humulene oil content, and this is preserved by avoiding early kettle additions.
