NZ Wye Challenger - 100gm

A New Zealand grown UK variety, NZ Wye Challenger is a dual purpose hop that can used from the beginning of the boil through to the dry hop.

When used as a late addition it provides a smooth floral and spicy character with clean citrus notes.

It is used in a range of English style ales such as IPA, Red Ale, Bitters, Porter, and Stout.
