Rakau - 100gm

Rakau is a dual purpose hop that provides an excellent bitterness and unique fruity flavours and aromas that has been described as The Whole Orchard.

A real standout it provides a dominant fruitiness of fresh stone fruit, such as apricot, when used as a late addition and in dry hopping.

Rakau is used in Garage Projects Pernicious Weed in combination with Nelson Sauvin.
