Vintners Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

The grapes, which are harvested throughout the world, are de-stemmed, juiced and passed through a low-temperature vacuum designed to gently extract the water without destroying the delicate flavour of the grapes. The concentrate is aseptically transferred into bladders, before being packaged into boxes with yeast and additives, and a full set of clear, easy-to-follow instructions.
The Vintner's Reserve wine kits have 10 litres of concentrate, which will make 23 litres of wine.
