Weyermann Special W Malt

Weyermann Special W is produced from quality spring barley. It is a dark brown, slightly aromatic malt that contributes a dark-amber to deep-coppery colour to finished beer. It is very intense with complex flavours of caramel, bread crust, and raisins. It adds to your beers mouthfeel and provides a rich malt accent.
