Avoid long lag time and off flavours by using the Grainfather Wortometer. Adjust your wort and water flow rates from the Grainfather Counter Flow Chiller by dialling in the exact wort temperature your specific yeast requires.  Requires a 8 mm inner diameter silicon hose.
