May not include red cap, depending on supplier.
The three piece airlock is a great choice for monitoring fermentation and stopping contaminant’s entering your fermenter. Easy to fill and disassembles for superior cleaning and sanitation.
Fill with water to the indicator line and insert in drilled stopper or bung to vent gases during fermentation. Includes body, piston, and vented cap.
This airlock is slightly shorter than the Standard S Shape Airlock.
Please note that your fermenter will need an airlock grommet or top hat grommet (sold separately).
Auto Syphon Racking Cane Easy Jiggler - 304 Stainless Steel - for syphoning out of a carboy, demijohn, bucket or FermZilla. This siphon includes 150cm x 10mm ID silicone tube.
This whole assembly is plasticiser and BPA free. It will not break like the plastic auto syphons or polycarbonate designs.
It's made robust out of 304 grade stainless steel and is really easy to take apart for cleaning. It's more versatile than a conventional racking cane and easier to start but at the same time similarly simple to use and clean.
Forget about fermenter taps and use a syphon. Threaded fermenter taps are hard to clean and sanitise so having a fermenter without a tap is often the best choice, and to get the beverage out of the fermenter without a tap this siphon is the natural choice.
INSTRUCTIONS
1: Sanitise and rinse your syphon
2: Make sure you have the full vessel significantly above the empty vessel you are filling
3: Attach the curved syphon to the hose
4: Submerge the end of syphon into your full container.
5: With long swift strokes, shake the syphon tube up and down to start the syphon action
Length: 57cm
Stainless tube: 14mm OD x 12mm ID
Silicone Tube: 1.5m x 10mm ID

A 2L borosilicate Erlenmeyer conical flask that is ideal for yeast starters using a stir plate such as the Wort Whipper..
Safety warnings:
**Please still exercise care when handling these and any other Borosilicate glass.**
There is a common misconception that Borosilicate glass is virtually bulletproof and can handle any dramatic temperature that is thrown at it. This is not strictly true.
Though it does have an incredible ability to withstand sudden and drastic temperature shocks compared to your average soda-lime glass, it should still be treated consciously with care.
Cool all glassware slowly to prevent breakage, unless you are using VYCOR glassware which can go from high heat to ice water with no damage.
Do not take your boiled flask directly from the stovetop straight into a bath of ice water. Though some people do this without failure, borosilicate glass is not designed for such an application. Please allow the flask to cool for a few minutes before running under water, before placing into an ice bath; the slower you introduce your flasks to temperature changes, the longer it will last. Going from fire to ice in a matter of seconds will introduce incredible amounts of stress to the glass structure. While the glass may be able to withstand this some of the time, other times you may not be so lucky. If the temperature differential is big enough, it will shatter. All Borosilicate glass will break eventually after a number of heat/cool cycles, it is impossible to give an exact number to determine when, but this is a natural an inherent feature of the material.
Please do not boil your flasks dry or dry them out using a stove. The temperature for drying should not exceed 140°C, which a naked flame can easily exceed.
Do not heat glassware that is etched, cracked, chipped, nicked, or scratched. It is more prone to break.
Do not heat glassware directly on electrical heating elements. Excessive stress will be induced in the glass, and this can result in breakage.
Small Bubbles that are less than 5mm and not located directly on the bottom of the flask is an acceptable manufacturing blemish as per our instruction from multiple manufacturers of glass.

The post on this unique carbonation cap has been machined to fit both the black/liquid and grey/gas ball lock disconnects. This carbonation cap also includes a barb-tail on the underside so you can attach beer line to act as a dip tube.
This allows the carbonation cap to be used in several different ways including:
1. Carbonating
2. Cleaning your beer lines
3. Using it to counter pressure bottle fill PET bottles

CLEANING BEER LINES IN KEGERATOR
1. Acquire empty plastic PET bottle (e.g. 1.25L Coke Bottle)
2. Add cleaning solution for a 1L mixture
3. Add warm water to 1L
4. Attach Cleaning Cap to bottle
5. Attach Liquid ball lock disconnect connected to your tap to cap.
6. Turn on Tap with a jug or bucket underneath it to catch the beer/cleaning solution
7. Turn bottle upside down and squeeze (you can pressurise the bottle if you want so you don't have to squeeze, but this is just as fast and easy)
8. Wait until liquid out of tap runs clear, we recommend to wait 5mins with solution in the lines
9. Repeat 7-8 on other taps
10. Empty Bottle and fill with same temperature water, flush lines until you're satisfied there is no more cleaning solution
11. Hook up your beer line and pour away
TRAVELLERS
1. Fill beer from your tap, or if you have a Growler Filler tap or beer gun with a CO2 purge option, use that to purge 3 seconds worth of gas into the bottle (e.g. 1.25L Coke Bottle) to 3cm from the top. Beer will last considerable longer with a purge.
2. With one hand ready to screw the cap on, with your other hand squeeze the bottle until liquid is right on the brim. Then screw the cap on to make a seal.
3. Attach gas ball lock and add CO2 to the bottle to punch out the 3cm at the top of the bottle with CO2.
4. If you only finished half the bottle, squeeze out as much air as possible and fill with CO2.
QUICK CARBONATE
This can also be a great way to force carbonate your beer if its just been transferred to your keg and you don't want to wait! Remember your beer will absorb more CO2 the colder it is.

PET plastic bottles are readily available and inexpensive. The standard thread for PET bottles for carbonated beverages between 0-3L in size is the PCO 1881 thread. This thread type suits our carbonation caps that you can buy in plastic here or stainless steel.
Historically you would only be able to place a black or grey ball lock disconnect onto these fittings one at a time. This tee piece now enables you to attach both a liquid and gas disconnect to the bottle at the same time so you can essentially use a common PET bottle as a keg.
Note: The PET soft drink bottle and dip tube are not included.
The Demijohn Handle makes it easier to move your full Demijohn/Carboy, reducing the risk of spillage.
It works with both the 23L Carboy and 11.5L Carboy.
A silicon bung with a diameter of 34mm across the top, tapering to a diameter of 26mm at the bottom.
Fits the 5L Glass Jar Demijohn with Mecanicco Swing Lid perfectly allowing an airlock to be attached so it can be used as a fermenter.
Does not fit the 5L Glass Jar Demijohn with Screw Cap/Lid.
