This is a replacement ceramic dome cartridge for the Essencia Carbon Filter System and treats up to 450 litres of 40% ethanol (50 batches). It features premium ceramic carbon filtration that purifies the water component of your spirit, effectively removing bacteria and cysts (such as E. coli, Giardia, and Cryptosporidium), suspended solids (including excess nutrients, yeast cells, dirt, and rust), chlorine (which can affect taste), hydrogen sulfide (which can produce unpleasant odors), organic pesticides (like lindane), and dissolved metals (such as lead, zinc, iron, and copper). Note: This cartridge is specifically engineered for filtering alcohol using the Essencia Carbon Filter System. Ceramic water filters are not suitable for this purpose.
This replacement carbon cartridge is designed for the Essencia Carbon Filter System and effectively treats up to 45 litres of 40% ethanol. Featuring an ultra-premium activated carbon formulation, the Essencia cartridge delivers superior filtration, ensuring the purest alcohol. It efficiently removes undesirable congeners such as acetaldehyde, fusel alcohols, tannins, and methanol, resulting in clear, refined ethanol. For optimal performance, ensure alcohol is diluted to 40% ABV or lower and replace the cartridge after every five batches (45 litres).
The ideal Lager yeast to enhance hop thiol release
SafLager™ SH-45 is a carefully selected lager yeast, ideal for expressing some of the aromatic compounds coming from the raw materials in beer, more specifically the hops. This strain possesses the capability to release and esterify thiols. As a result, beers crafted with SafLagerTM SH-45 may present enhanced levels of fruitiness and intensified citrus and tropical notes.
The Red Reaper Counterflow chiller is the latest homebrew chiller on the market.
Red Reaper Counterflow Chiller (PEX / Copper) 9.5mm duotight compatible.
This particular CFC uses PEX tubing that is swaged/soldered to the copper wort pipe. Not only does this provide a superior method of connection compared to a clamp, but also ensures a lifetime guarantee that the mains water you're using to chill your wort down will never get to the pressures requires for the PEX to break.
Paired with the duotight 9.5mm range, you'll be able to attach your hose / camlock fittings within seconds.
This particular kit does not come with 9.5mm push in fittings.
Specifications:
- 5.6m Length
- Inlet / Outlet Size 9.5mm Duotight compatible barbs
- 3 x Rubberised Feet
- 1 x Hinged Hanger (for BrewZilla Handles)
Recommended Cleaners:
PBW Powder (Optimum 80°C) minimum contact time 5minutes. Remember to change the flow back and forth to really get the deepest clean possible. Rinse with the same temperature water.
We would always recommend to recirculate your last 15 minutes of the boil in your Red Reaper to sanitise it before applying cold water to the chiller.
Using the incredibly pressure and temperature resistant style of hosing used widely inplace of copper in the plumbing industry. Partly due to its flexibility and ease of manufacturing.
The Red Reaper A-PEX CFC is a chilling beast, with an internal copper tubing where you wort will recirculate. and cool down You'll get a large amount of heat transfer from the copper and the cold water passing in the opposite direction.
The typical design of a CFC is usually copper tubing housed within another tube. The outer tubing is fed with a cold water source flowing in one direction, while hot wort is pumped through the inner copper tubing in the opposite direction. The main benefit is efficient single-pass chilling from a rolling boil down to pitching temps. CFCs function similarly to a plate chiller but have a larger overall area for the wort to flow through. The benefit is the reduced risk of clogs from hops. The downside is they take up more space than a plate chiller.
What is PEX?
PEX tubing, short for cross-linked polyethylene, is a flexible plastic pipe used as an alternative to traditional copper or steel pipes for plumbing.
Do not store in sunlight. It will degrade the PEX overtime.
Do not store with StellarSan or any acidic products. It will break down copper.

This handy spring clamp has been the tool of choice for many KegLand employees to hold the malt pipe silicone hose in place during the mash.
Handy Clamp (4" Long) - ideal for use with a Brewzilla.
This clamp features a heavy-duty muslin spring which ensures your silicone hose never accidentally pops out of your mash tun and spills your precious nectar over your brewery floor.
It features rounded handles for a comfortable grip and a PE end grip to ensure your hosing is kept secure.
This clamp is made from PP and PE which have good chemical resistance so it will stand up to the task for use around common brewing cleaners and sanitisers such as StellarClean/PBW and StellarSan.
These spring clamps have a multitude of potential uses throughout your brewing outside of securing silicone hosing.

Duotight - 8mm Female - 5-Way Multi-Tee
This particular Duotight tee saves on space and purchasing multiple generic equal tee's when setting up a 4-tap kegerator, or if you simply want to plumb up to four liquid or gas lines from one source.
Simply plumb your gas line in to any of the connections, then split it off to up to four different lines. If you want to cap off certain lines, we would recommend using an 8mm plug.
Flush mountable!
Looking for high quality push-in fittings that will seal tight? Duotight are the push in fitting with superior sealing capacity due to the double o-ring sealing design.
Why do we use double o-rings?
The secret to the superior sealing performance is not just the fact that we use high quality EPDM o-rings but also use two of them. The double o-ring means we literally have twice the sealing surface when compared with other push in fittings. This makes Duotight fittings even more reliable and reduces the chance of a leak significantly.
The double o-ring system also means that we can bend the hose with much tighter radius without causing leaking issues. This typically can be an issue with other fittings. This combination of factors makes Duotight fittings the most reliable push fit fittings on the market.
Compatible with:
EVABarrier 4mm ID x 8mm OD line
EVABarrier 5mm ID x 8mm OD line
Red EVABarrier 5mm ID x 8mm OD line
Black Lightshield EVABarrier 4mm ID x 8mm OD line
Not compatible with 6.3mm ID x 9.5mm OD line
No clamps necessary!
We do recommend cutting your hosing straight, not on an angle, to ensure the line has a complete seal. To remove the fitting simply push in the collet and the hose can be removed. These push in fittings are suitable to be used up to 100 psi.
These push-in fittings have been engineered for maximised performance in both gas and liquid applications. Compared to other push-in fittings on the market, Duotight takes the double safety approach to all of the connections with two EPDM o-rings per hose port. No other push-ins on the market have EPDM o-rings, let alone two! per push-in connection.
What is EPDM?
EPDM = Ethylene Propylene Rubber which has excellent chemical resistance including being compatible with ozone, oils, wide variety of alkaline and acid compounds, water, alcohol, ketone, and beverages.
EPDM is also resistant to aging, and weather and will not perish easily like other rubber compounds. When compared with silicon and vinyl EPDM has better gas transmission rates, better wear resistance, is BPA-free and is the number one choice for many long-lasting food-grade applications.

These seals replace the red o-ring seal inside the 20L Oxebar kegs.
Includes:
5 x Low2 Keg Lid Seals to suit the 20L Oxebar Keg (Yellow)
These seals replace the red o-ring seal inside the 20L Oxebar keg lids.
What is Low2?
Low2 O-Rings are the new golden yellow standard of homebrew kegs brought to you by KegLand Australia. Why? Because of their unique composition (Synthetic M-Class and Cross-Linked Elastomers), they have superior oxygen barrier properties than that of the previus O-Rings (Silicone). This results in your beverage staying fresher for longer.
The same material O-Ring (Low2) were independently tested on the 19L stainless steel kegs by GunnLab.

This manifold splits one line into two, each with a check valve. The check valve can also be removed if you want gas or water to move freely in both directions.
If you want to cap off certain lines, we would recommend using the Duotight - 8mm (5/16') Plug
Using a thin flat headed screw driver, simply slide/pop the black retainer tabs and remove the ball valve.
The Duotight 8mm 2-way manifold is ready with mounting capabilities out of the box using button head screws. But if you're going to mount it on a kegerator, we would suggest using the Duotight 8mm adhesive brackets (no drilling required).
Not suitable for liquids other than filtered water.

Made exclusively for the Duotight manifolds and Gen 3.0 Duotight 8mm fittings to be mounted to a flat surface.
These can swivel around if you need to mount on a particular angle once stuck down.
They can also easily be removed from the 8mm Duotight side as they simply click/clamp in to each other.
If you are to mount this inside your Kegerator / Keezer, you must do so when the unit is off / warm. It will not stick as well in a moist / cold environment. Best to give it at least 24 hours of stick time before attaching weight / hosing to it.
Wipe down surface with isopropyl alcohol prior to sticking.
Most commonly to be used with:
- 8mm (5/16) duotight x 6 Way Manifold with Check Valves & Isolation Valves
- 8mm (5/16) duotight x 4 Way Manifold with Check Valves & Isolation Valves
- 8mm (5/16) duotight x 2 Way Manifold with Check Valves & Isolation Valves
- and duotight - 8mm (5/16) x 5 Way Multi-Tee

Brick Road Red Ale: A Rich & Malty Amber Ale
Discover the satisfying depth of an amber ale with our Red Ale brewing kit. This beautifully balanced beer features inviting caramel and toffee malt flavours that lead to a slightly dry, clean finish. Perfect for those who appreciate a malt-forward character with just enough hop balance.
What You'll Brew:
-
Aroma & Flavour: A rich malt profile with notes of caramel and toffee, balanced by a medium hop bitterness that leads to a slightly dry finish.
-
Appearance: A beautiful amber-red colour, clear and brilliant.
-
Character: Smooth, malt-forward, and exceptionally drinkable. A perfectly balanced ale that satisfies without being heavy.
Your Brewing Journey, Made Simple:
This all-in-one can contains our exceptional hopped wort—the foundation of your great beer. Just follow these steps for a rich, flavourful Red Ale:
-
Mix & Make it Your Own: Empty the contents of the can into your fermenter. Add about 3 litres of hot water and stir thoroughly to dissolve the concentrated wort. Then, add your 1kg of brewing sugar (dextrose) and stir again until fully dissolved. Finally, top up the fermenter with cold water to reach the 23-litre mark.
-
Pitch & Ferment: Sprinkle in the included Ale Yeast. Seal your fermenter and place it in a stable, room-temperature environment (around 18-22°C). The active fermentation will typically be complete within 3 to 7 days. You'll know it's slowing down when the vigorous bubbling in the airlock subsides.
-
Dry Hop (Optional) & Condition:
While this malty beer is delicious as-is, you can add subtle complexity with dry hopping. If choosing to do so, add hops (15g recommended) just as the active fermentation is finishing (e.g., around days 3-5). Traditional varieties like East Kent Goldings or Fuggles will add nice sweet, floral, and spicy notes.
After any dry hop addition, allow the beer to condition for another 3 to 7 days. This gives the yeast time to "clean up" and allows the particles to settle. -
Carbonate & Enjoy: Once conditioning is complete, bottle your beer with carbonation drops. Store the bottles at room temperature for 1-2 weeks to allow for natural carbonation before chilling and enjoying your fresh, homebrewed Red Ale.
Approximate Specifications (for 23L batch with 1kg dextrose):
-
ABV Range: Brew it as a sessionable Low (2.6%) or a classic Mid (4.8%) strength.
-
Colour: Amber Red (20 EBC)
-
Bitterness: Medium (27 IBU)
-
Original Gravity (OG): 1.038
-
Final Gravity (FG): 1.008 (approx.)

Brick Road Pilsner Blonde: A Crisp & Refreshing European-Style Lager
Brew a taste of continental elegance with our Pilsner Blonde brewing kit. This classic lager delivers the clean, crisp character of a European pilsner with a beautifully blonde colour and a refreshingly dry finish that lingers perfectly on the palate.
What You'll Brew:
-
Aroma & Flavour: A clean and crisp profile with a subtle malt sweetness, leading to a balanced, low-medium hop bitterness and a refreshingly dry finish.
-
Appearance: A beautiful blonde colour, pale straw and bright.
-
Character: Crisp, smooth, and incredibly drinkable. It’s the perfect session beer for any occasion.
Your Brewing Journey, Made Simple:
This all-in-one can contains our exceptional hopped wort—the foundation of your great beer. Just follow these steps for a crisp, refreshing Pilsner Blonde:
-
Mix & Make it Your Own: Empty the contents of the can into your fermenter. Add about 3 litres of hot water and stir thoroughly to dissolve the concentrated wort. Then, add your 1kg of brewing sugar (dextrose) and stir again until fully dissolved. Finally, top up the fermenter with cold water to reach the 23-litre mark.
-
Pro Brewer Tip: For an even drier, crisper beer and a lower carbohydrate content, add a sachet of glucoamylase enzyme with the yeast. It breaks down unfermentable sugars, allowing the yeast to produce more alcohol and resulting in a lower final gravity.
-
-
Pitch & Ferment: Sprinkle in the included New World Lager Yeast. Seal your fermenter and place it in a stable, room-temperature environment (this versatile hybrid yeast can be fermented at up to 22°C or 72°F). The active fermentation will typically be complete within 3 to 7 days. You'll know it's slowing down when the vigorous bubbling in the airlock subsides.
-
Dry Hop (Optional) & Condition:
If you are dry-hopping, this is the time to do it. Just as the active fermentation is finishing (e.g., around days 3-5), add your hops (10-30g recommended). Adding them at this stage means the remaining active yeast will consume any oxygen introduced when you open the fermenter, protecting your beer from oxidation.
After any dry hop addition, allow the beer to condition for another 3 to 7 days. This gives the yeast time to "clean up" any off-flavours and allows the hop particles to settle. -
Carbonate & Enjoy: Once conditioning is complete, bottle your beer with carbonation drops. Store the bottles at room temperature for 1-2 weeks to allow for natural carbonation before chilling and enjoying your fresh, homebrewed Pilsner Blonde.
Approximate Specifications (for 23L batch with 1kg dextrose):
-
ABV Range: Brew it as a sessionable Low (2.6%) or a classic Mid (4.8%) strength. Note: Using glucoamylase will result in a higher ABV.
-
Colour: Pale Straw (5 EBC)
-
Bitterness: Low-Medium (17 IBU)
-
Original Gravity (OG): 1.038
-
Final Gravity (FG): 1.008 (approx.)

The active fermentation will typically be complete within 3 to 7 days. You'll know it's slowing down when the vigorous bubbling in the airlock subsides.
-
Dry Hop (Highly Recommended) & Condition:
For that classic flavour, dry-hopping is essential. Just as the active fermentation is finishing (e.g., around days 3-5), add your hops. We recommend 30g to 100g of New World hops like Galaxy, Pride of Ringwood, Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin, or Motueka. Adding them at this stage means the remaining active yeast will consume any oxygen introduced, protecting your beer's vibrant hop aroma.
After dry hopping, allow the beer to condition for another 3 to 7 days. This gives the yeast time to "clean up" and allows the hop particles to settle. -

If you are dry-hopping, this is the time to do it. Just as the active fermentation is finishing (e.g., around days 3-5), add your hops. For an authentic touch, use 10-30g of noble hops like Tettnanger, Hallertau, or Saaz, or try local versions like Motueka or Wakatu. -
Carbonate, Lime & Enjoy: Once conditioning is complete, bottle your beer with carbonation drops. Store the bottles at room temperature for 1-2 weeks to allow for natural carbonation before chilling, adding a slice of lime, and enjoying your fresh, home brewed Cerveza.
Approximate Specifications (for 23L batch with 1kg dextrose):
-
ABV Range: Brew it as a sessionable Low (2.6%) or a classic Mid (4.8%) strength.
-
Colour: Pale Straw (5 EBC)
-
Bitterness: Low-Medium (17 IBU)
-
Original Gravity (OG): 1.038
-
Final Gravity (FG): 1.008 (approx.)

Brick Road Classic Lager: A Crisp & Refreshing All-Round Lager
Experience the taste of a perfectly balanced lager with our Classic Lager brewing kit. This refreshing, light-coloured beer is the perfect introduction to homebrewing, yielding a smooth, easy-drinking lager with a balanced hop finish.
What You'll Brew:
-
Aroma & Flavour: Clean and crisp with a subtle malt sweetness, leading to a balanced, low-medium hop bitterness that finishes smooth and satisfying.
-
Appearance: A beautiful pale straw colour, clear and bright.
-
Character: Incredibly sessionable, refreshing, and light. It’s the perfect, easy-drinking beer for any occasion.
Your Brewing Journey, Made Simple:
This all-in-one can contains our exceptional hopped wort—the foundation of your great beer. Just follow these steps for a crisp, refreshing lager:
-
Mix & Make it Your Own: Empty the contents of the can into your fermenter. Add about 3 litres of hot water and stir thoroughly to dissolve the concentrated wort. Then, add your 1kg of brewing sugar (dextrose) and stir again until fully dissolved. Finally, top up the fermenter with cold water to reach the 23-litre mark.
-
Pro Brewer Tip: For a drier, crisper beer, add a sachet of glucoamylase enzyme with the yeast. It breaks down unfermentable sugars, allowing the yeast to produce more alcohol, resulting in a lower final gravity and a higher ABV.
-
-
Pitch & Ferment: Sprinkle in the included New World Lager Yeast. This hybrid yeast is versatile and can be fermented at room temperature. Seal your fermenter and place it in a stable environment (ideally 18-22°C). The active fermentation will typically be complete within 5 to 10 days.
-
Dry Hop (Optional) & Condition: This is your chance to customise! As the active fermentation is finishing (e.g., around days 5-7), add up to 30g of your favourite hops for an extra layer of flavour. Adding them at this stage means the remaining active yeast will consume any oxygen introduced, protecting your beer from oxidation. After any dry hop addition, allow the beer to condition for another 3 to 7 days. This gives the yeast time to "clean up" and allows the hop particles to settle.
-
Carbonate & Enjoy: Once conditioning is complete, bottle your beer with carbonation drops. Store the bottles at room temperature for 1-2 weeks to allow for natural carbonation before chilling and enjoying your fresh, homebrewed lager.

FermZilla - Replacement Lid Seal (OD 106mm x 2.65mm).
This thicker Lid O-Ring is suited to FermZilla Conical and All Rounder Models.
If you have a brown O-Ring, this is a newer material that is softer and easier to fit. All units manufactured after 01/01/2023 will have this Brown O-Ring as standard
If you are experiencing leaking from the top lid section, this slightly thicker O-Ring will aid in resolving said leaking. To perform a leak test please remember to have the unit free of any liquid as that will absorb CO2.
It is also important to remember not to overtighten the stainless steel handles that may have come with your FermZilla. Overtightening will cause the opening to warp and not seal. The handles should be able to freely rotate around the neck with little resistance.
Note: this is for the seal only, lid not included.

Duotight 6.35mm (1/4") x Ball Lock Keg Connector (Grey-Red/Gas).
This all new ball lock disconnect sets a new bar! The integrated Duotight design means you can connect your beer and gas line directly, easily and reliably - no need for additional fittings or clamps. It is a robust and super compact design that is incredibly easy to assemble and disassemble, making cleaning and sanitising an absolute breeze!
Made from highly chemical resistant materials with stainless springs and ball bearings - no cheap ABS plastics here - this baby is extremely resistant to commonly used chemicals such as phosphoric based sanitisers and caustics.
The incredibly small form factor allows for easy stacking of kegs. The new cap design ensures a pressure seal with just hand tightening and it can be completely taken apart for cleaning with no tools required - no need to ever have blocked poppets again when it is this easy to disassemble and clean.
The robust and compact design make this the best value and the best designed home brew quick disconnect ever manufactured.
This particular ball lock disconnect has been designed to suit:
6.35mm duotight compatible barbs. Like the Duotight Picnic Tap or Carbonation Caps (Yellow, Red, Stainless).
Some of the features include:
1. Duotight push in
These Duotight ball lock disconnects already have the Duotight fitting built into the ball lock disconnect. No need for additional threaded fittings. Simply push the beer/gas line in and you are done!
2. Compact
The worlds most compact ball lock disconnect every manufactured. This new compact form factor is great for tight spaces or fridges where you want to pack as many kegs in as possible. This is the only ball lock disconnect that allows standard ball lock kegs to be double stacked while still connected to beer and gas lines.
3. Overmoulded Poppet
The overmoulded poppet design means you can couple and disconnect this ball lock disconnect under extreme pressures of 150psi and will never have issues with the o-ring blowing out.
4. Tool-Less Disassembly
Other ball lock disconnects require a tool such as a flat head screw driver or spanner to take them apart for cleaning. The new caps on these allow for easy disassembly by hand, making these easier to break down for cleaning. It's literally never been easier to remove hop particles from your ball lock disconnects.
5. Extreme Chemical Resistance
No cheap ABS plastic or nitrile seals. This ball lock disconnect is made from stainless spring and ball bearings, with an engineering polykeytone resin body, EPDM and PP/EPDM overmoulded poppet. This makes this ball lock disconnect resistant to extreme chemicals such as phosphoric and acetic acid, caustic soda, peroxide and many other acid or base chemicals which are commonly used in homebrewing.
6. Toughness
This ball lock disconnect is more robust than any other plastic ball lock disconnect ever manufactured due to the use of new engineering plastics. Don't be fooled by the small form factor - these bad boys are tough!
7. High Flow
The internal design of these allows for faster flow meaning you can slightly quicker transfers when compared to other plastic ball lock disconnects.
