ATF Luminant IPA is a bright and fruit-forward hazy IPA, exclusively hopped with Luminosa for a vibrant tropical character. It presents a light, glowing appearance and a soft, pillowy texture. The aroma and flavour are filled with notes of peach, mandarin, and passionfruit, leading to a smooth and refreshing finish.
Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Froth Vape (Assumed Origin: Boddington’s) to produce a juicy hazy with a silky mouthfeel and great hop aroma and flavour.
Alternatively we recommend using Verdant IPA. Lallemand’s Verdant IPA yeast. LalBrew Verdant IPA yeast will produce fruity esters and is well suited to NEIPA’s. Verdant IPA yeast expresses high amounts of β-lyase enzyme promoting biotransformation accentuating hop flavour and aroma. and also produces high amounts of glycerol producing a beer with a silky mouthfeel.
You could also try Froth Spectra (Assumed Origin: Unknown (London)).Spectra can produce a spectrum of radiant flavour & aroma while exhibiting an elegant ester profile and velvety mouthfeel.
Alternatively you could use Lallemand's New England yeast. Lallemand New England produces beers with a unique fruit forward ester profile, which is sought after in NEIPA's. Through expression of a β-glucosidase enzyme, LalBrew® New England can promote hop biotransformation and accentuate hop flavour and aroma.
Please Note: Kettle finings are not provided with this kit as beer clarity is not required for this style of beer.

Taiheke® 2025 Harvest
Batch: 25-323
Alpha: 7.70%
Beta: 5.80%
New Zealand grown dual purpose US Cultivar with citrus “grapefruit/lime” characters.
Breeding:
Taiheke® Brand USDA 56013 originates from an early US breeding program circa 1956 and was the first commercially bred hop to emerge from the USDA-ARS program when released in 1972. It was bred from crossing an English Fuggle with a male selection believed to have been a crossing of Fuggle with the Russian variety Serebrianka.
Selection:
During selection this hop displays quite exceptional levels of citrus moving more to New Zealand tropical fruit characteristics. Through selection, agronomics and “Terroir” the flavour and aroma characteristics have altered markedly from the original cultivar to no longer be considered the same variety. Its bright colour and tight compact cone shape give it instant appeal during selections and the power of its resinous fruit mix on the senses makes it a real standout during selection.
Brewing:
Performs well when used as a single variety across multiple kettle additions or when singled out as a late gift or dry hopping duty. Can do some really great things for the hop advocate when matched up with some of the other New Zealand aroma heavy weights such as Motueka or Riwaka. A fun hop in the brewery which literally sighs with pleasure when plunged into a hop back.
'A personality of its own’
Applications:
Typically employed in “new world” style pale ales and creative brewers are using it for very intense summer ales where its fruit forward aroma and oils profile make for a refreshing finish.
Pacifica 2025
Batch: 25-006
Alpha: 5.80%
Beta: 6.10%
A dual purpose / bittering hop with a spicy “dried fruit” character and solid finish.
Breeding:
A triploid aroma type developed through by New Zealand’s Plant & Food Research. Pacifica™ Brand 77-01 was bred through the open pollination of the highly regarded Hallertauer Mittlefru¨h variety. Pacifica™ was released on completion of successful brewing trials in 1994.
Selection:
Pacifica™ displays classic Hallertau citrus and floral aroma character which selectors mark as a real standout. The aroma is supported by a generous oils profile making selection possible for several beer styles from this stylish hop.
Brewing:
Pacifica™ brings something of a blend of new and old-world taste descriptors to the brewers' forum. Orange marmalade aptly describes the citrus aroma notes achieved through late addition. Bittering quality is such that early kettle additions net a soft yet solid finish even in highly bittered beers.
Applications:
Finds application where a higher oil concentration and proportion of Linalool are required to impact on how the hop character integrates into the final product. Ideally suited to traditional German lager styles and finding wider application to a new generation through the international craft market’s insatiable thirst for Pale Ale.
Green Bullet 2025 Harvest
Batch: 25-100
Alpha: 14.70%
Beta: 6.40%
A dual purpose / bittering hop with a spicy dried fruit character and solid finish.
Breeding:
Released from the New Zealand DSIR (now New Zealand's Plant & Food Research) in 1972. Green Bullet is a triploid alpha variety that was bred by open cross pollination of the New Zealand "Smoothcone" variety. The era was one where alpha potential was rapidly being recognised by brewers and the New Zealand alpha varieties were certainly pushing the boundaries.
Selection:
Selection can be confusing with New Zealand bitter types due to aromatic qualities not usually associated with alpha varieties. The Green Bullet, albeit quite high in alpha, also produces high levels of floral oil that complement and balance the piny resinous hop character.
Brewing:
Green Bullet delivers a traditional bittering quality and hop flavour. A flagship within the New Zealand brewing industry and considered a bittering variety for lager it is more often found these days in big ale styles. Green Bullet also carries a solid Styrian spicy characteristic which also finds it at home in a freshly drawn pint of bitter or an Irish style dry stout.
'A brewery workhorse'
Applications:
Used extensively as a utility Brew house workhorse and found in breweries across the World . This "go to" hop is a traditional bittering type that now finds applications throughout the brewery from late additions through the hopback/ whirlpool and dry hopping.
Pacific Jade™ 2025 Harvest
Batch: 25-233
Alpha: 14.20%
Beta: 7.90%
A soft bittering / dual purpose hop with fresh citrus and complex spice characters
Breeding:
NZ Pacific Jade Brand HORT1524 is a triploid alpha type developed by the cross of the NZ variety "First Choice" (a relative of the Late Cluster) and an Old Line Saazer Male. Released from the New Zealand Hop Research Programme by HortReasearch Centre Riwaka in 2004.
Selection:
Selected on its average alpha of 12-14% with Cohumulone in the region of 24% and an excellent oils profile. The aroma of this hop is described as bold as it delivers a herbal infusion of fresh citrus and crushed black pepper.
Brewing:
Suited for use as a bittering hop with some excellent results also being seen in dual purpose applications, with a soft bitterness attributable to the low cohumulone. The citrus aroma and flavour notes work well to temper malt sweetness in fullish Ales especially as a finishing hop.
'Great versatility in the Brewhouse'
Applications:
Typically to replace less interesting Alpha varieties where a softer bitterness and higher oil profile is desired. NZ Pacific Jade exemplifies current market direction and what is being achieved in the New Zealand Hops breeding programme.
Wai-iti® 2025 Harvest
Batch: 25-211
Alpha: 3.10%
Beta: 6.10%
A fine aroma hop with fresh peaches and apricot characters within a weight of essential oils
Breeding:
Wai-iti™ Brand HORT7709 is a new hop variety developed by New Zealand Plant and Food Research with release from the New Zealand Hop breeding Programme in 2011. It was selected for its low alpha acid and high oils content. Wai-iti™ is a granddaughter of the USDA developed Liberty, and is a triploid hop derived from 1/3rd Hallertau Mittelfrüeh.
Selection:
Selectors comment on the intensity of the aromas, attributable for the most part to the high weight of oil and oils to alpha ratio. Freshly squeezed limes with top notes of mixed citrus are the standouts in a heady blend of essential oils.
Brewing:
Citrus characters apparent in selection step back a little in the finished product to make way for a blend of stone fruits such as fresh peaches and ripe apricot. Low cohumulone and high levels of farnesene create a rounded clean bitterness when used in single hopped beers. The high oil content fills in all the corners when used in late additions, the hop back or in dry hopping.
'Really tasty’
Applications:
Used in both Lagers and Ales where its character builds to develop an excellent finishing bitterness and drinkability. Fresh peaches and stone fruit dominate the aroma in singled hopped beers and also when combining as a late addition with other varieties. Creates fruity aroma driven new world beer styles.
Rakau 2025 Harvest
Batch: 25-256
Alpha: 10.90%
Beta: 4.00%
A true dual purpose hops with stone fruit and fig characters and excellent bittering qualities.
Breeding:
Rakau™ Brand 70-4-9 is a New Zealand triploid, purpose bred and selected for its unique dual purpose brewing qualities and characteristics. Re-released from the NZ Hop breeding programme in 2007 for trials under organics and now widely established under conventional cultivation.
Selection:
Rakau™ is a standout hop throughout the selection process due to its inherent intensity of aromas lifted from a heavy weight of oils. Selectors generally are agreed that the dominant fruitiness is that of fresh stone fruit such as apricot.
Brewing:
Great results over several brewhouse applications have been seen with sensory panels scoring uniformly high on the quality of bitterness as well as unique fruity flavours and aromas.
“The whole orchard!”
Applications:
New World styles of ales and lagers where brash fruity character and big but well constructed bitterness is desired. Readily toned back to lighter styles, even with multiple kettle additions.....and great when used in a combination of very late and dry hopping.
Rakau is used in Garage Projects Pernicious Weed in combination with Nelson Sauvin.

Luminosa hops burst with a dazzling display of vibrant fresh fruit flavours. Peach-mango lemonade, candied orange peel, boysenberry, papaya and guava can all be found. Unlike most “punchy” hops, Luminosa is almost completely void of the resinous/piney character that usually comes along for the ride—adding to the versatility of this hop.

Smell the difference. Essencia Single Malt Whisky Barrel Chunks are made from wet, freshly-emptied single malt Pokeno Whisky Origin whisky barrels, enabling you to produce whisky in just 7 days. Chunked down from whisky-soaked oak barrels that have aged whisky for 4-10 years, these chunks offer exceptional quality compared to cheaper dry staves or chips. The careful processing retains the charred interior of the barrels, enhancing the oak’s flavour infusion and providing a substantial surface area for your spirit. This ensures rapid and genuine aging. Unlike dry alternatives, Essencia Barrel Chunks impart a rich, authentic single malt whisky flavour without the need for additional flavouring.
Essencia Barrel Chunks can be used to rapidly barrel-age neutral spirit, vodka, pot-distilled bourbon, whiskey, rum or even beer. We recommend a process of soaking, draining and filtering. You can test along the way, or blend different batches to your own taste.
1. SOAKING
First Soaking:
Add 2.5 litres of alcohol per 500g of Essencia Barrel Chunks.
Cover and soak for up to 7 days. Test daily after 4 days. Drain and Filter as below.
Character: Flavour - High, Colour - Dark, Oak - Low.
Use for: Drinking or blending
Second Soaking:
Add a further 2.3 litres of alcohol per 500g to the used Essencia Barrel Chunks. Cover and soak for up to 19 days. Test daily after 10 days. Drain and Filter as below.
Character: Flavour - Medium, Colour - Medium, Oak - Medium.
Use for: Drinking or blending
Third Soaking:
Add a further 2.3 litres of alcohol per 500g to the used Essencia Bourbon Barrel Chunks. Cover and soak for 5 - 6 weeks.
Character: Flavour - Low, Colour - Light, Oak - Heavy.
Use for: Blending, or add 1 x 28ml Essencia Tennessee or Kentucky Bourbon Spirit Flavour for drinking.
2. DRAINING
Putting the Chunks in a straining bag while soaking them makes the draining process easier. It also reduces the amount of sediment carried over to the filtering phase. A small - fine straining bag is ideal. After draining the Chunks, allow the sediment to settle for a few hours before filtering as this sediment clogs the filter and slows down the process a lot. Ideally the sediment is left until the end of filtering.
3. FILTERING
Use a coffee filter paper in a funnel, or 2 x cotton wool balls pushed down the neck of a large funnel. This process should take time. The product should only drip out of the filter.
TESTING
Because everyone's tastes are different, the soaking times stated above are suggestions only. To obtain the best results for you, it is suggested that you test your product regularly during the first two soakings. Trying not to disturb any sediment, use a syringe to draw off about 15ml (1 nip) each test and try it. You will notice a marked difference in the character of the product with each test.
BLENDING
The Essencia Barrel Chunk process not only produces amazing results, it allows you to be the blender, just as they do at the distillery. Once you have the product from the three soakings, all you need is a syringe, a glass, a notepad and some time, to blend your own personal favourites.

Soda Carbonator - Keg Reactor Lid
This is the easy way to have continuous soda water on tap. Don't waste your time with Sodastream or other more expensive carbonators. This simple device makes it easy to have continuous carbonated soda water fed from your mains water supply.
Please see the description below on how to set this up.
Nothing is more refreshing than having your own soda water on tap at home. Sodastream units are great but filling up those tiny 1L bottles is a pain and those small CO2 cylinders run out fast and are expensive to swap. Solve this problem once and for all with the Continuous Soda Carbonator Keg Reactor Solution.
KegLand has invented this really simple to use lid that attaches to a standard ball lock keg. You can use one a 19L ones or a 9.5L keg.
All you have to do is:
1. Position the keg inside your fridge, kegerator, coolroom, or anywhere cold (ideally below 5C).
2. Attach your dispensing tap of choice to the soda water outpost.
3. Attach your gas to the gas in post.
4. Set your CO2 regulator that is connected to the gas post to 30-50psi. (higher pressures will give you more carbonation so set your regulator pressure to achieve desired carbonation level).
NOTE: It's recommended to use a check valve in your CO2 line. We recommend this Duotight check valve or this one that is integrated into the gas ball lock disconnect.
5. The first time you use this unit it's a good idea to purge the air from the headspace of the keg. To do this pull the PRV on the keg lid about 5 times for 2-second bursts.
6. Connect the mains water to the water inlet post on the lid of the keg. We recommend using a check valve for this application to prevent soda water going back into your house mains. We recommend this Duotight check valve. Also, it's a good idea to reduce your mains water pressure. Most domestic mains water pressure is over 100psi. For this unit to work well the mains water pressure should be 10-15psi higher than your regulator set pressure (from step 4). To regulate your water pressure we would recommend the use of the Inline Regulator Inline Regulator.
If you are looking for a mains water connection, you could use our diverter valve (this is not a stainless steel unit) with some 1/4" PE Water Line and a Duotight 6.5mm x 8mm Reducer.
That's it. This simple unit will give you continuous soda water connected to your mains water. Great for a bar cafe, restaurant or just at home.
This is capable of carbonating 10 Litres per hour if you have sufficient ability to cool the water. The colder the water and the higher the gas pressure (from step 4) the higher the carbonation level you will have. If you want to have extremely high soda water production speeds you can pre-chill the water by having one (or several) keg/s placed inline in front of the carbonation reactor. This will help pre-cool the water before it enters the carbonator. Alternatively, you can use a chiller such as the G40 glycol chiller to pre-chill the water before it enters the carbonator. If you do this you can increase your carbonation rate to over 30 litres per hour.

EVABarrier Black Lightshield 4mm ID x 8mm OD - 12m Roll.
This hose is suitable for a wide range of 8mm push in fittings, either for hydroponic/gardening use or outdoor keg dispensing where UV can damage the product.
Algae will always thrive if sunlight and an exposed nutrient solution is available. That is why it is crucial to use the correct hosing when it comes to hydroponic systems and or outdoor beer dispensing systems.
Prevention is the best cause of action when it comes to algae control. EVABarrier LightShield Black should be your number one choice of hosing when setting up your indoor or outdoor growing space.
UV stable hosing that will not kink or burst under normal use.
Specifications:
4mm Internal Diameter
8mm Outer Diameter
12m Roll
EVABarrier Hosing
Outer Barrier
The outer barrier has accurately extruded tolerances and made from an EVA material. It also seals well when used with various John Guest, Duotight or other push in fittings. The outer barrier gives the tubing excellent kink resistance so the line is able to bend around a tight radius without kinking.
Inner Barrier
The inner barrier is made from a proprietary polymer that has excellent gas barrier and now with LightShield technology an excellent UV and Visible light blocking properties. The significantly better barrier properties means your beverage is better protected from oxygen and also has a better barrier to CO2 loss. So your beer will stay fresher for longer and not lose carbonation like other beer line types. In some beer line types you may notice that the beer sitting in the lines starts to taste flat and/or oxidised when sitting in the lines for an extended period. EVABarrier tubing is significantly better in this regard and you will notice a significantly improved freshness of your beer especially if it's been sitting in the lines.
Due to the high density and smooth nature of the EVABarrier inner barrier the tubing internal surface is super smooth and almost completely impermeable. This makes it difficult for bacteria and other microbes to attach to the inside surface of the tubing.

Type 30 - MK5 CO2 Regulator - Tool-Free - Dual Gauge (4.5bar PRV & 65psi Gauge)
The MK5 Dual Gauge Regulator by KegLand now comes in a tool-free design with a heap of new features.
Latest Features
1. One handed tightening to the Cylinder. No spanner / wrench is required to attach the Regulator to your CO2 Cylinder. You can easily attach it with the nut-hand-wheel with one hand. This is due to a new spigot seal design that easily compresses without risk of damaging the seal or leaking.
2. Self servicing maintenance without the need for a vice or specialised equipment. Now with the regulators internals being shrunk down and accessible from the back plate. You can now easily undo the area with the regulator knob that has an M8 Hex / Allen key head and clean out your regulator if you have a contaminant in there.
3. Output with Check Valve, Ball Valve & Integrated 8mm duotight push in.
4. Triple scale Class 2.5 Gauges in kPa, Bar and PSI (+-2.5% Accuracy).
5. Brand new seat cap assembly design. The new seat cap is made of ultra high molecular polyethylene. That basically means from hardcore use and abuse that us homebrewers give regulators like force carbonating. The seat cap that is bouncing up and down is less likely to scratch and create brass finings that could otherwise cause pressure creep down the line from an internal contaminant going upstream.
6. Stronger Steel Gauges made from thicker steel.
7. Colour Coded PRV valves. This unit comes with a 65psi Green PRV. It does not come with a Red 35psi or Grey 100psi PRV
8. M6 Mounting Holes for easy Mounting. Please note, you will need to remove the nut-wheel as it will foul when mounting flat.

Brew a vibrant, modern Hazy IPA showcasing the bright citrus and tropical character of Krush hops. A beer bursting with juicy citrus and tropical fruit aromas, balanced by a satisfyingly soft, smooth mouthfeel that defines the style.
To elevate the beer we recommend using WHC Mango Madness yeast to enhance the beer's inherent juiciness while adding distinct layers of ripe mango flavour and aroma. This yeast perfectly complements the Krush hops, creating a cohesive profile where citrus, pineapple, and passionfruit mingle beautifully with tropical mango notes.
Mango Madness yeast is an innovative and cutting-edge strain selected to revolutionise the brewing process with its unique aromatic profile, thermotolerant properties, and ability to accelerate fermentation. By using Mango Madness yeast, you can achieve faster turnarounds without compromising on the quality and flavour profiles of your hop forward beers.
We recommend fermenting the ATF Tropical Krush with Mango Madness at 35℃ for 3 - 5 days before cooling the beer to 16℃ before adding the second dry hop. When cooling the beer care should be taken to avoid oxidising the beer. Please refer to the ATF Dry Hopping Techniques and How to minimise Oxidation article for some options.
If you are unable to control the fermentation temperature and/or are unable to seal the fermenter to avoid oxidation, we recommend using Froth Vape (Assumed Origin: Boddington’s) to produce a juicy hazy with a silky mouthfeel and great hop aroma and flavour.
