Simple recipe to follow. Compared my finished brew side by side with 6pk 330ml superchargers. Colour was exact. Malt base was identical. Mouth feel was exact. But the hops were way , way better in mine than the packaged beer - same flavours but huge improvement on freshness and intensity. I thought I’d get a reasonable facsimile of supercharger, but I got 23ltrs of a beer closer to what Panhead used to serve fresh on tap. Brilliant.
A full bodied larger with IPA style hoppiness, fantastic for hot summer days. Brewed with my GF S40 and fermented under pressure. Clean and well balanced.
What a tasty, epic pale ale. Strong with a great bitterness that makes you come back for more. Brewed on a GF S40 and fermented under pressure.
Loving Hazy's and this was my first attempt brewing a beer from grain.
Patricio was an awesome help and very patient answering my many questions as I worked my way through the detailed instructions. Love the result and can't believe I was able to create such an awesome beer on my first attempt. Which one next?
Very easy to make and delicious. a bit on the sweet side, but I think if served cold as a shot it will delight any taker.
I made this with self-distilled neutral spirit and used the recommended recipe.
Will buy again.
Good yield easy to use
What a great Hoppy APA, really enjoyed the aroma and taste. GF S40 and fermented under pressure. Went down well with food, especially BBQ.
A great tasting Pale Ale with super hop aroma and bitterness. Very drinkable and not too strong for a session ale.
I have brewed this twice now in my GF S40 and fermented under pressure, and both times the results were outstanding. Great taste and depth of flavour and good colour. A big hit with my fellow tasters...
Best hazy I've done so far taste just as good if not better than the hazys that you would get at a local brewery
Full instructions and some good tips to get the most out of my Grainfather. Beer is a traditional pils - just what I wanted. Thanks to Patricio for assistance via e-mail. Am also impressed the grain and hops I want are always in stock.
Hints of black coffee, slightly bitter, very smooth. Perfect for a couple of pints while reading a book in front of the fire.
Also makes a killer base for steak and ale pie.
Good producer easy to use.
Really lovely brew, Rich and complex. Feels quite Northern Hemisphere Christmassy. Sampled a bottle after a couple of months but waited the full 100 days recommended for the rest of the batch and it is drinking really nicely. At 2 months it was great, but the extra time has added something I think. Will brew again perhaps in March ready for winter. Thanks Patricio great kit
Used as directed instantly cleared the alcohol strong odour don't know about flavor as I add essences yep good product
