American Pale Ales (APA) are a refreshing hoppy beer with sufficient malt base to make the beer balanced and drinkable.
ATF Hoppy Ever After is an American Pale Ale with mango and tropical fruit upfront, complemented by citrus and pine that brings it all together. Built on a light caramel malt base with a dry finish to allow the hops to shine, ATF Hoppy Ever After will have you relaxing happily in your hoppy place.
Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Safale US-05, or you could also try Mangrove Jack's West Coast Yeast, or Lallemand's BRY-97 West Coast Ale Yeast.
