These 0.2 micron Air Filters have a fine enough filter membrane that they can filter out microbes and bacteria.
They can be used with any oil free air compressor such as a pond pump, or other type of pump.
These can also be used as an airlock in the top of your fermenter, or to filter air going back into a cask when dispensing real ale.
This filter is not suitable for liquids and should be discarded if it gets wet.

With pressurised fermentation becoming ever more popular, it is important to have a method of regulating and controlling the residual pressure from the fermentation process. The BlowTie has been designed specifically for this reason.
Pressure Transfers
When transferring from keg to keg, keg to bottle, or fermenter to keg, it's often a good idea to have head pressure in the keg you are filling, especially if you are transferring a beverage that is already carbonated. For this reason, the BlowTie can consistently control this head pressure, giving you more consistent results and without losing carbonation in the process.
Traditional spunding valves that use a simple spring against a seal are flawed right from the beginning as the physical aspects of the design dictate that you will have a significant difference between the opening pressure and closing pressure during operation. Brewers have tolerated this imperfection for long enough and now you can control these pressures far more accurately.
The BlowTie has been made differently, taking advantage of a diaphragm to actuate the sealing mechanism that will release pressure from the pressure vessel with much more accurate control pressure. It can be easily disassembled for cleaning using a flat head screw driver.

Instructions:
Use the yellow adjustment knob to control the pressure coming out of the pressure vessel. Clockwise is higher pressure and anticlockwise is lower pressure. We recommend gassing a keg to a known pressure, e.g. 15psi, then attaching your Blow Tie Kit to the keg and adjust to 10psi.

The BrewZilla Whirlpool Arm is a new accessory brought to you by KegLand that suits both the 35L model and 65L. This accessory fits onto the existing recirculation pipe with a Stainless Steel Male Camlock fitting. The magnetic pump will aid in circulating your wort for better hop extraction in the whirlpool stage, as well as help collect the hot break into the center of the false bottom.
Other benefits may include speeding up cooling times when using an immersion chiller due to increased movement of the wort over the cooling coils.
