Note: Yeast not included.

Your Journey to Perfect Homebrew Starts Here:

Brewing your own superior cider is simple and rewarding. Just follow these easy steps:

1. The Foundation: Pour the 1-liter bottle of premium cider apple concentrate into your sanitized fermenter.

2. Add Sugar: Add 1kg of dextrose to the fermenter.

3. Add Water: Top up with clean water to make 23 litres.

4. Check Temperature: Ensure the mixture is within the temperature range recommended on your yeast packet. This is a vital step for a healthy fermentation!

5. Pitch Yeast: Once the temperature is right, add your 5-10g sachet of quality cider yeast and stir well.

6. Ferment: Seal your fermenter and let it work its magic for 6-14 days (fermentation time depends on temperature).

7. Enjoy the Results: You’ll be rewarded with 23L of crisp, dry apple cider at approximately 4% ABV.

Transfer your brew like a pro with the Handcraft Supplies Small Easy Syphon with Tube Clamp. Designed for home brewers, this syphon features an auto-start pump mechanism that gets liquid flowing quickly without the need for manual siphoning. The included tube clamp gives you control over your flow rate, helping to minimise splashing and reduce oxygen exposure - critical for maintaining the quality of your beer, wine, or cider.

Features:

• Auto-start pump for quick, easy syphoning
• Tube Clamp for adjustable flow rate control
• Clip to secure syphon to your vessel
• Keeps intake end off the bottom to avoid disturbing sediment
• Suitable for bottles, carboys, fermenters, and bottling buckets

USAGE GUIDE

• Clean and sanitise all parts of the syphon and tubing that will come into
contact with your brew.
• Place the full fermenter or carboy on an elevated surface (table or counter)
and put your empty receiving vessel (bottling bucket or another carboy)
below it.
• Place the syphon into your brew, keeping the intake end off the bottom to
avoid sediment. Use the clip on the syphon body to secure it to your vessel.
• Ensure the tube clamp is OPEN, then pump the inner tube up and down
quickly, 2-3 times. Liquid should start flowing through the tubing.
• Use the tube clamp to control the flow rate using the notches on the clip.
• As your vessel empties, tilt it slightly and keep the intake end of the
syphon just below the surface, staying above the sediment layer.
• Close the tube clamp completely before removing the syphon to prevent spills.

TIPS:
• Start with a slower flow rate to minimise splashing and oxygen exposure
(this is especially important for beer).
• If using the syphon for bottling, adjust the position of the tube clamp along the
syphon tube so the bottle fills from the base - this helps prevent oxidation.

WHATS INCLUDED

• Easy Syphon body (small)
• Syphon tubing
• Tube clamp
• Securing clip

SPECIFICATIONS

• Size: 62 cm
• Made in Italy

The FermZilla All Rounder 30L is the perfect fermentation vessel that can be used for fermenting under pressure, carbonating and dispensing. It's far more capable than the FermZilla Flat bottom but it's less complicated and less expensive than the FermZilla Conical Unitank. So like the name says it's the "All Rounder".

If you want to use this product under pressure we would recommend that you use the pressure kit.

This kit includes:

• 1 x All rounder tank
• 1 x Stainless Steel Handle Assembly
• 1 x 304 stainless stand
• 1 x Airlock
• 1 x Pressure rated lid
• 1 x Digital temperature sticker
• 1 x Red 2.5bar pressure relief valve
• 1 x Graduation Sticker

Easy to Clean

This fermenter is made from super smooth PET so it's easy to clean. Just use a small scoop of PBW or similar and wipe it clean after a 5 minute soak. No scrubbing necessary.

Large 120mm Opening

The opening at the top is significantly larger then the older Snub Nose or other similar fermenters. This bad boy has 120mm opening so even brewers with large arms can easily get into the top making cleaning even easier.

Pressure Rated

This fermenter is rated up to 2.5bar so you can force carbonate just like a keg. You can use this fermenter for closed transfers and significantly reduce oxygen exposure.

Crystal Clear

The wall of the All Rounder is crystal clear so you can see what's going on inside. This makes it really easy to determine visually how the fermentation, how the yeast is flocculating etc.

Impermeable

The PET plastic is not permeable like some other fermenters made from PP or HDPE. The fermenter wall is a much better gas barrier keeping your product fresher for longer.

No Flavour and Aroma Carry Over

Other HDPE fermenters tend to be so porous they carry flavour and aroma from one batch to another.

Robust and Difficult to Damage

Impossible to smash like glass. The tank is impact resistant but light weight and easy to use.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This tank should not be used for hot liquid. Do not put liquids inside this tank over 50C. It will melt the tank. Also, while this tank comes pressure tested we recommend that every 2 years you re-hydro test this tank yourself.
