Ingredients

8-Parts Top Shelf Single Whiskey or Classic Single Whiskey
1-Part Top Shelf Amaretto
1-Part Top Shelf Cherry Brandy
1-Part Top Shelf Grande Paris
1-Part Lime Juice
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Cherry (for serving)

Directions

Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake well.
Strain into your preferred pre-chilled drinking vessel and garnish with a cherry.

5-Parts Freshly brewed black coffee

2-Part Top Shelf Crème de Menthe

2-Part Top Shelf Crème de Cacao

1-Part Heavy creamWhipped cream (for serving)

Crushed up candy cane

Directions

Combine the coffee, Crème de Menthe and Crème de Cacao in a large saucepan.

Heat on medium-low until hot.Take off heat and stir in heavy cream.

Adjust the liqueurs to taste if needed.

Pour into your preferred drinking vessel and top with whipped cream then sprinkle over crushed up candy cane.

Stir.

Ingredients

2 oz (60 ml) Top Shelf Tequila SilverTop Shelf Tequila or Original Tequila

4 oz (120 ml) Orange Juice

1/2 oz (15 ml) Grenadine

Garnish: Orange Slice & Maraschino Cherry

 Directions

Fill a glass with ice.

Add tequila and orange juice to the glass and stir well.

Slowly pour the grenadine in, close to the edge of the glass.

Garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry.

2 oz (60 ml) Top Shelf Tequila SilverTop Shelf Tequila or Original Tequila

1 Part Dry Vermouth

Ice

Lemon Peel

Olives

Directions

Chill a martini glass in the freezer.

Add vodka or gin and dry vermouth into a mixing glass.

Add ice and stir for 30 seconds, then strain into the martini glass.

Express (pinch) the lemon peel over the Martini and rub the peel around the rim of the glass.

Garnish with speared olives.

4 Cups Apple Cider or Unfiltered Apple Juice

1 Star Anise

4 Whole Cloves

2 Cinnamon Sticks

Fresh or Dried Ginger (1 cm Fresh or 1/8 tsp Dried)

4 Strips Orange Peel

120 ml (4 oz) Dark spirit of your choice (we love our Top Shelf Dark Spiced Rum or Top Shelf Apple Brandy for this recipe!) 

 Directions

Place all of the ingredients except for the spirit into a small pan and warm gently over low heat.

Bring it to just below a simmer for 30 minutes.

You can also use a slow cooker on a low heat for about 4 hours.

Remove from the heat and stir in the spirit.

Strain to remove the spices then pour into glasses.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve.
