Shipping policy

We endeavour to dispatch most items ordered before 2pm on the same day. Please note that our ATF All Grain brewing kits require assembly and may not be dispatched until the next business day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and public holidays, will be sent on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes:

• North Island: For items under 25kg, the delivery target is the next business day after dispatch.

• South Island & Chatham Islands: For items under 25kg, please allow up to 3 business days from the date of dispatch.

• Rural Deliveries: Please allow an extra couple of days for delivery to rural addresses.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Calculating Shipping Costs:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the greater of the item's actual weight or its volumetric weight.

You can view your specific shipping cost by adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout, or by using the cost calculator available in the cart page.

Free Shipping Offer:
We are pleased to offer free shipping within Wellington Region through to Palmerston North and Southern Wairarapa on orders over $150. Please note that some larger items are excluded from this offer.

Please note that we do not ship outside of New Zealand.
