Essencia Super 6 Professional Distiller’s Yeast is a top-quality, fully stackable yeast designed for producing premium alcohol. It thrives in a fermentation range of 15-35°C and generates a wash with an alcohol content of 13-17% within 5-7 days, with faster results at higher temperatures.
Instructions
- Completely dissolve 6 kg of white sugar or dextrose in 10 litres of hot water.
- Add cold water to bring the total volume to 25 litres, ensuring the wash temperature is between 25°C and 35°C.
- Add the Essencia Super 6 yeast packet and stir thoroughly.
- Maintain the fermentation temperature between 20°C and 35°C, with 28°C being optimal.
- Fermentation will take approximately 5-7 days, and your target specific gravity (SG) should be 0.988 or lower.
