Soda Carbonator - Keg Reactor Lid
This is the easy way to have continuous soda water on tap. Don't waste your time with Sodastream or other more expensive carbonators. This simple device makes it easy to have continuous carbonated soda water fed from your mains water supply.
Please see the description below on how to set this up.
Nothing is more refreshing than having your own soda water on tap at home. Sodastream units are great but filling up those tiny 1L bottles is a pain and those small CO2 cylinders run out fast and are expensive to swap. Solve this problem once and for all with the Continuous Soda Carbonator Keg Reactor Solution.
KegLand has invented this really simple to use lid that attaches to a standard ball lock keg. You can use one a 19L ones or a 9.5L keg.
All you have to do is:
1. Position the keg inside your fridge, kegerator, coolroom, or anywhere cold (ideally below 5C).
2. Attach your dispensing tap of choice to the soda water outpost.
3. Attach your gas to the gas in post.
4. Set your CO2 regulator that is connected to the gas post to 30-50psi. (higher pressures will give you more carbonation so set your regulator pressure to achieve desired carbonation level).
NOTE: It's recommended to use a check valve in your CO2 line. We recommend this Duotight check valve or this one that is integrated into the gas ball lock disconnect.
5. The first time you use this unit it's a good idea to purge the air from the headspace of the keg. To do this pull the PRV on the keg lid about 5 times for 2-second bursts.
6. Connect the mains water to the water inlet post on the lid of the keg. We recommend using a check valve for this application to prevent soda water going back into your house mains. We recommend this Duotight check valve. Also, it's a good idea to reduce your mains water pressure. Most domestic mains water pressure is over 100psi. For this unit to work well the mains water pressure should be 10-15psi higher than your regulator set pressure (from step 4). To regulate your water pressure we would recommend the use of the Inline Regulator Inline Regulator.
If you are looking for a mains water connection, you could use our diverter valve (this is not a stainless steel unit) with some 1/4" PE Water Line and a Duotight 6.5mm x 8mm Reducer.
That's it. This simple unit will give you continuous soda water connected to your mains water. Great for a bar cafe, restaurant or just at home.
This is capable of carbonating 10 Litres per hour if you have sufficient ability to cool the water. The colder the water and the higher the gas pressure (from step 4) the higher the carbonation level you will have. If you want to have extremely high soda water production speeds you can pre-chill the water by having one (or several) keg/s placed inline in front of the carbonation reactor. This will help pre-cool the water before it enters the carbonator. Alternatively, you can use a chiller such as the G40 glycol chiller to pre-chill the water before it enters the carbonator. If you do this you can increase your carbonation rate to over 30 litres per hour.

EVABarrier Black Lightshield 4mm ID x 8mm OD - 12m Roll.
This hose is suitable for a wide range of 8mm push in fittings, either for hydroponic/gardening use or outdoor keg dispensing where UV can damage the product.
Algae will always thrive if sunlight and an exposed nutrient solution is available. That is why it is crucial to use the correct hosing when it comes to hydroponic systems and or outdoor beer dispensing systems.
Prevention is the best cause of action when it comes to algae control. EVABarrier LightShield Black should be your number one choice of hosing when setting up your indoor or outdoor growing space.
UV stable hosing that will not kink or burst under normal use.
Specifications:
4mm Internal Diameter
8mm Outer Diameter
12m Roll
EVABarrier Hosing
Outer Barrier
The outer barrier has accurately extruded tolerances and made from an EVA material. It also seals well when used with various John Guest, Duotight or other push in fittings. The outer barrier gives the tubing excellent kink resistance so the line is able to bend around a tight radius without kinking.
Inner Barrier
The inner barrier is made from a proprietary polymer that has excellent gas barrier and now with LightShield technology an excellent UV and Visible light blocking properties. The significantly better barrier properties means your beverage is better protected from oxygen and also has a better barrier to CO2 loss. So your beer will stay fresher for longer and not lose carbonation like other beer line types. In some beer line types you may notice that the beer sitting in the lines starts to taste flat and/or oxidised when sitting in the lines for an extended period. EVABarrier tubing is significantly better in this regard and you will notice a significantly improved freshness of your beer especially if it's been sitting in the lines.
Due to the high density and smooth nature of the EVABarrier inner barrier the tubing internal surface is super smooth and almost completely impermeable. This makes it difficult for bacteria and other microbes to attach to the inside surface of the tubing.

Type 30 - MK5 CO2 Regulator - Tool-Free - Dual Gauge (4.5bar PRV & 65psi Gauge)
The MK5 Dual Gauge Regulator by KegLand now comes in a tool-free design with a heap of new features.
Latest Features
1. One handed tightening to the Cylinder. No spanner / wrench is required to attach the Regulator to your CO2 Cylinder. You can easily attach it with the nut-hand-wheel with one hand. This is due to a new spigot seal design that easily compresses without risk of damaging the seal or leaking.
2. Self servicing maintenance without the need for a vice or specialised equipment. Now with the regulators internals being shrunk down and accessible from the back plate. You can now easily undo the area with the regulator knob that has an M8 Hex / Allen key head and clean out your regulator if you have a contaminant in there.
3. Output with Check Valve, Ball Valve & Integrated 8mm duotight push in.
4. Triple scale Class 2.5 Gauges in kPa, Bar and PSI (+-2.5% Accuracy).
5. Brand new seat cap assembly design. The new seat cap is made of ultra high molecular polyethylene. That basically means from hardcore use and abuse that us homebrewers give regulators like force carbonating. The seat cap that is bouncing up and down is less likely to scratch and create brass finings that could otherwise cause pressure creep down the line from an internal contaminant going upstream.
6. Stronger Steel Gauges made from thicker steel.
7. Colour Coded PRV valves. This unit comes with a 65psi Green PRV. It does not come with a Red 35psi or Grey 100psi PRV
8. M6 Mounting Holes for easy Mounting. Please note, you will need to remove the nut-wheel as it will foul when mounting flat.

Brew a vibrant, modern Hazy IPA showcasing the bright citrus and tropical character of Krush hops. A beer bursting with juicy citrus and tropical fruit aromas, balanced by a satisfyingly soft, smooth mouthfeel that defines the style.
To elevate the beer we recommend using WHC Mango Madness yeast to enhance the beer's inherent juiciness while adding distinct layers of ripe mango flavour and aroma. This yeast perfectly complements the Krush hops, creating a cohesive profile where citrus, pineapple, and passionfruit mingle beautifully with tropical mango notes.
Mango Madness yeast is an innovative and cutting-edge strain selected to revolutionise the brewing process with its unique aromatic profile, thermotolerant properties, and ability to accelerate fermentation. By using Mango Madness yeast, you can achieve faster turnarounds without compromising on the quality and flavour profiles of your hop forward beers.
We recommend fermenting the ATF Tropical Krush with Mango Madness at 35℃ for 3 - 5 days before cooling the beer to 16℃ before adding the second dry hop. When cooling the beer care should be taken to avoid oxidising the beer. Please refer to the ATF Dry Hopping Techniques and How to minimise Oxidation article for some options.
If you are unable to control the fermentation temperature and/or are unable to seal the fermenter to avoid oxidation, we recommend using Froth Vape (Assumed Origin: Boddington’s) to produce a juicy hazy with a silky mouthfeel and great hop aroma and flavour.
Alternatively we recommend using Verdant IPA. Lallemand’s Verdant IPA yeast. LalBrew Verdant IPA yeast will produce fruity esters and is well suited to NEIPA’s. Verdant IPA yeast expresses high amounts of β-lyase enzyme promoting biotransformation accentuating hop flavour and aroma. and also produces high amounts of glycerol producing a beer with a silky mouthfeel.
You could also try Froth Spectra (Assumed Origin: Unknown (London)).Spectra can produce a spectrum of radiant flavour & aroma while exhibiting an elegant ester profile and velvety mouthfeel.
Alternatively you could use Lallemand's New England yeast. Lallemand New England produces beers with a unique fruit forward ester profile, which is sought after in NEIPA's. Through expression of a β-glucosidase enzyme, LalBrew® New England can promote hop biotransformation and accentuate hop flavour and aroma.
Please Note: Kettle finings are not provided with this kit as beer clarity is not required for this style of beer.

Still Spirits Boiler with Still Spirits CREATE+ Alembic Dome and Condenser (tri-clamp).
Unlike reflux stills that are engineered to strip flavour to produce clean, neutral spirits, the large copper surface area of this pot still enables it to carry over the distinct flavours and aromas of a wash into the final product, creating a full-flavoured spirit. This makes it ideal for creating flavoursome spirits like whiskey, bourbon, rum, and gin. This set up is also suitable for distilling water and hydrosols.
This T500 Boiler features two power switches. When both switches are on, the element will be supplied full power of 2200W for 220V units, or 1600W for 120V units. You can lower this to 1100W by switching one of the two switches off (220V unit) or by switching off the 500W switch (120V unit). This can be extremely useful when distilling dark spirits such as Whiskey, Rum and Bourbon as you are able to now control the amount of power and have a gentler boil for your final spirit runs.

The Create+ Voltage Controller allows for better control of cuts during a spirit run. Reducing the heat input using the voltage controller will allow for a slower controlled distillation; this makes it easier to distinguish between heads, hearts and tails. Especially useful during pot distillation or vapour infusion spirit runs.
It also allows for the ability to then increase heat input as the distillate output slows towards the end of a run. This is especially useful towards the end of a pot distillation run during the ‘tails’ of a spirit run.
Designed for use with the Create+ Boiler 25 L. Electrical Safety Certified for use in New Zealand and Australia.

65L BrewZilla Generation 4.1
Wifi / RAPT Integration
With 25w Pump 2000w/1000/500w - 220-240V AC
The BrewZilla Gen 4 is designed to be a compact single vessel, double batch all grain home brewing system that can be run off a 15 amp socket. It is a complete turnkey system with a delay timing feature and step mash functionality. Built to make batches up to 60L, it is the next stepping stone up from the 35L BrewZilla model, being the ideal double batch system for those who want full control of their brew from start to finish.
The BrewZilla brewery type has been used across the world and won homebrew competitions in every country the brewery has been sold. It's the most sold single vessel brewery worldwide and can be used for Home Brewing, Distillation, Preserve Canning, Sous Vide Cooking or just as a boiler.
Some features that differentiate this brewery from other Brewery designs are:
Complete Concave Draining Base
The new base design completely drains out meaning you capture every single bit of wort. No longer do you need to tilt the brewery to extract every last bit of wort. This also makes it suitable for CIP cleaning using our new Low Volume CIP Spray Rotor.
False Bottom Pump Protection Screen
One of the key features of all the BrewZilla single vessel units is the false bottom protection screen. This screen avoids the need for doing a whirlpool and it filters wort and prevents more than 95% of hops and hot break getting sucked into the pump and thus greatly reduces the blocked pump issues that are often an issue with other brewery designs.
Ultra Low Watt Density
The BrewZilla has significantly lower watt density than other breweries. The main benefit of lower watt densities is that it enables you to produce lighter colours of beers that would otherwise get some caramelisation. The ultra-low watt density also means you have less chance of boilovers, you get less crud sticking to the element making cleaning easier and ultimately reduces wear and tear on the element meaning even with significant abuse your elements will last way longer.
RAPT/Wifi Connected
The new Gen 4 model is the first BrewZilla that connects to the RAPT Portal (https://app.rapt.io/). This portal allows you to track, record and monitor your brews online. This greatly reduces the need for handwritten records of your brew day as it's all done automatically. The RAPT portal also allows you to see every brew you have done in the past and control the brewery remotely so you can start pre-heating water remotely or simply keep an eye on the brewing process while you do something else. Get push notifications to your mobile phone of when to add hops or start the boil.
Along with this ease of access and control. The RAPT BrewZilla will also allow you to fully customise your brewday with profiles specifically tuned to your style of brewing or your recipe.
For example, you could set up your profile to receive certain alarms or messages when you are required to do something. E.g. Adding grain when the strike temperature is reached. Mash-Out Alarm when you're ready to sparge, Salt / Hop additions when you've reached the boil. As well as hop stand additions or chilling instructions. All of this at the touch of a button that is preprogrammed to what you want to do. No more egg timers, no more phone timers. Everything is controlled by one area.
Bluetooth Gateway Device
KegLand is currently developing various Bluetooth devices such as Bluetooth low energy (BLE) thermometers and other sensors which will be compatible with this brewery. This brewery is able to receive the BLE beacons and relay this information onto the RAPT portal. Also by receiving multiple BLE thermometer sensors the Brewery is able to make smater and more automated decisions on how to control the brewing or distillilation process. For example a BLE thermometer can be placed into your coolant water so you get an alarm if the temperature is too high, a BLE thermometer can be put into the middle of the malt pipe so you can more accurately control elements switching on/off to achieve a core malt pipe temperature etc.
Improved Base Design with Easy Access Pump
The new base design means we have sealed all the electronics on the underside of the brewery into a separate junction box. This has allowed us to omit the bottom cover. This significant design change means that the pump can be accessed much more easily. It also means the plumbing can be changed more easily too. For instance, you can re-arrange the plumping to the pump to pump into the tap outlet or change this so the tap outlet bypasses the pump. These changes make it more flexible but also much easier to take apart the pump for cleaning and maintenance if required.
RAPT Controller with Full Colour Screen
The new RAPT controller has an easy-to-read full colour screen. The controller can also be disconnected easily making wash down easier. The controller is mounted in a higher position with a tilting frame so you can angle the screen toward you depending on how tall you are. The new controller module is packed with features and KegLand is consistently updating the firmware to include more features. Firmware updates are quick and painless and with a single click you can upgrade all Gen 4 units to the latest firmware to take advantage of new features and accessories. Forget getting on your knees mid-brew, do it all while standing or sitting next to your BrewZilla. The controller can also activate the pump. Meaning there are no toggle switches anywhere on the BrewZilla Gen 4.
15amp IEC Cable for Easy Storage
The new design has a removable IEC cable so you can unplug the cable making it neater for storage.
Improved Lid Handles
The new lid handles are better designed and made from stainless so they are more robust and more ergonomic to hold especially with wet hands.
Two Stage Oversized Malt Pipe
This new malt pipe design is 30% larger meaning you can mash more grains and either make more beer or make higher gravity beers. the new malt pipe also has a two stage height adjustment so you hand half lift the malt pipe and set on the supporting halo ring halfway up. This makes it more ergonomic so you can lift the heavy malt pipe up in two stages but has the second advantage that it makes the brewery more suitable for smaller batches too where raising the malt pipe halfway up is preferable. The new Gen 4 65L Malt Pipes also have a perforated section at the bottom to aid in sparging/lautering flow speeds.
The Create+ Beeping Alarm Thermometer allows your cstomer to set a high and a low temperature on the thermometer of their Create+ T500 Column & Condenser or Create+ Alembic Condenser. The thermometer will beep to notify them that the high or low temperature has been reached so they can make adjustments to their waterflow or distillation as required.

Engineered for modularity and performance, the T500 Pro is an all-in-one reflux column and condenser designed to streamline the distillation process while delivering exceptional results. This innovative unit combines advanced functionality with unmatched convenience, eliminating the need for separate components. Its integrated design features a pre-packed column with both copper and stainless steel saddles, optimising vapour reflux and elevating the quality of your distillate.
Constructed from the highest quality materials, the T500 Pro is crafted with precision using T2-grade copper for the column and cold finger coil, complemented by durable stainless steel tri-clamp ferrules. The use of copper in the spirit path enhances the distillation process by reducing unwanted compounds, ensuring a cleaner, smoother finish. Food-grade, high-temperature silicone seals are included for use in the tri-clamp connections.
The T500 Pro features a thermowell at the top of the column for accurate vapour temperature monitoring, a beeping alarm thermometer with adjustable high and low temperature alerts, and robust 2” tri-clamp fittings for a secure, modular setup. The detachable product condenser and removable cold finger cooling coil offer added versatility, while improved water efficiency saves up to 30% compared to the original T500, depending on usage.
Ideal for producing clean, neutral alcohol, the T500 Pro delivers exceptional clarity and purity in every run. It can reach up to 93% ABV and recover up to 95% of the alcohol from your wash—producing a neutral spirit that’s ideal for vodka or as a base for flavourings, gins, and other botanical spirits. The T500 Pro is perfect for distilling water, thanks to the combined performance of copper and stainless steel saddles, which aid in the effective removal of impurities.
The T500 Pro is compatible with the Create+ Boiler 25 L and the Grainfather G30, G40, and G70 Brewing Systems, making it a powerful and flexible addition to any distiller’s setup.

The right phenolic yeast for English & Belgian-style ales
Specialty brewer’s yeast selected for its strong fermentation character, intense fruity and phenolic flavours – especially banana, clove and peppery notes. Suitable for a great variety of wheat-base beers and fruity-spicy oriented styles. Yeast with a medium sedimentation: forms no clumps but a powdery haze when resuspended in the beer.
Ingredients: Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), emulsifier E491
Dosage / Temperature
50 to 80 g/hl at ideally 18-26°C (64.4-78.8°F).
Use
Lesaffre know-how and continuous yeast production process improvement generates an exceptional quality of dry yeasts able to resist to a very wide range of uses, incl. cold or no rehydration conditions, without affecting their viability, kinetic and/or analytical profile. Brewers can choose usage conditions that fit the best their needs, i.e.:
① Direct pitching:
Pitch the yeast directly in the fermentation vessel on the surface of the wort at or above the fermentation temperature. Progressively sprinkle the dry yeast into the wort ensuring the yeast covers all the surface of wort available to avoid clumps. Ideally, the yeast will be added during the first part of the filling of the vessel; in which case hydration can be done at wort temperature higher than fermentation temperature, the fermenter being then filled with wort at lower temperature to bring the entire wort temperature at fermentation temperature.
② With prior rehydration:
Alternatively, sprinkle the yeast in minimum 10 times its weight of sterile water or boiled and hopped wort at 25 to 29°C (77°F to 84°F). Leave to rest 15 to 30 minutes, gently stir and pitch the resultant cream into the fermentation vessel.

Batch: 25-224
Alpha: 10.00%
Beta: 3.2%
The unique oil chemistry profile of this hop produces unique flavours and aromas of Red Fruit, Candy/ Lolly, Citrus, and Tropical Fruit.
Breeding
Superdelic™ (Trial Hop • NZH-102) is a triploid variety (cultivar) that was crossed by Dr. Ron Beatson in 2012 through our partnership breeding program with Plant and Food Research.

It exhibited great performance in the field with a vigorous growth pattern, resistance to mite damage, and high yield.
Selection
This exceptional hop is a playful number, with red fruit, candy, citrus and tropical fruit characteristics, offering brewers something totally different to use in their craft.
Brewing
In a Hazy IPA it revealed its ripe mango, sweet berry, and citrus notes. We also noticed its unique performance, with great biotransformation properties from dry hopping during active fermentation. It is an incredible addition to our brewery. We were lucky to be one of the first to try it.” says Mike Sutherland, Director at Sawmill Brewery.
Applications
A versatile hop that can be used as a single hop addition and has great synergies in combination with other hops. Pairs well with Citra, Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Riwaka.
