Mini duotight Regulator - 6.35mm (1/4'') Suits 16g and 74g Bulbs
Perfect introductory regulator for mini keg / oxebar keg set ups. This compact unit can take 16g and 74g CO2 bulbs. Travellers have never been so easy!
This regulator features a 6.35mm Duotight compatible barb, meaning you can connect just about anything within a matter of seconds. The most common easy attachment to your ball lock kegs would be adding 1 x Duotight 6.35mm (1/4") x Ball Lock Disconnect - (Grey + Red Gas).
If however you want to be a bit more protective with your beer not shooting back into the regulator you could minimise the damage by using a 6.35mm check-valve and some hosing to your ball lock disconnect.
Suitable Gas Cartridges are:
16g Cartridge / Bulbs
74g Big Bulb CO2 Cartridge 5/8-18UNF Thread
Please note, once you get liquid shoot back through it, it's no longer functional. Be extremely careful with overfilling your kegs or tipping them over when the gas has run out.
This regulator is capped at dispensing 30psi to ensure you do not accidentally over carbonate or exceed your kegs pressure rating. The gauge, however, shows up to 60psi just in case by heat ingress / expansion that it does not break the gauge.

Hoses play a huge role in draft beer dispensing. They carry gas from the tank to the coupler and beer from the keg right up to the faucet. These pipes are of soft, flexible but durable material. They are usually of Vinyl and Polypropylene. The hoses are also part of glycol pythons.
Hoses are connected through adapters and barbs to form the entire dispensing system. The length really depends on how far your serving point is from the keg. You might have to shorten or cut out from a large bundle. For any of this, you require a Hose and Tubing Cutter.
This cutter is sturdy and sharp that cuts right through the hose in a jiffy without leaving any rough edges too.

Duotight - 9.5mm (3/8") Check Valve (Gas).
This elbow piece is suitable for the EVABarrier Beer & Gas line in 9.5mm (3/8") OD line to 6.3mm (1/4") ID.
Due to the fact that this check valve cannot be taken apart to clean, we do not recommend it to be used with liquid.
No clamps necessary, however we do recommend cutting your hosing straight, not on an angle, to ensure the line has a complete seal. To remove the fitting simply push in the collet and the hose can be removed.
These push in fittings are suitable to be used up to 100 psi.
Compared to other push in fittings on the market, Duotight takes the double safety approach to all of the connections with two EPDM o-rings per hose port.

Hand-inserted tapered corks designed for short-term wine storage.
These corks taper smoothly from 21mm to 18mm, making them easy to fit without special equipment. Perfect for home winemakers seeking convenience and simplicity in bottling.
Potassium Metabisulphite is a sulphur-based compound that is used primarily to sterilise wine and cider making equipment and to protect the finished product. It works by releasing sulphur dioxide (SO2) into the wine, which helps to kill bacteria and inhibit the growth of most wild yeast, ensuring a clean and controlled fermentation.
It can also be used to eliminate both free chlorine and the more stable form, chloramine, from brewing and make-up water.
One gram of potassium metabisulphite will impart approximately 60 parts-per-million of sulphur dioxide (SO2) to each litre of wine. (Please note that this is an approximation; the exact amount of free SO2 can depend on the pH and tannin content of the wine).
As a guide, to treat wine must: Add 0.2g of potassium metabisulphite per litre of juice. Pre-dissolve it in a small quantity of cool water before adding to the must. Allow the must to ventilate in an open container for 24 hours before adding your chosen yeast.
It can also be used as a dependable all-round powdered sanitiser suited to almost any brewing or distilling setup. Ideal for those who want a classic sulphite-based sanitising method that is effective, economical, and widely used in home brewing. Helps prevent spoilage by controlling wild yeast and bacteria on equipment surfaces.
Instructions for use as a sanitiser:
Wash cleaned equipment (fermenters, bottles, siphons, etc.) in a solution of 40 g Potassium Metabisulphite to 4.5 L of warm water. Allow equipment to stand for 30 minutes to dry, then rinse with clean cold water before use.
Ingredients: Potassium Metabisulphite 100%.

The ATF Extract Recipe - Classic NZ Lager is a clean and crisp light bodied beer infused with the flavour of the unique Green Bullet Hops, the workhorse of traditional New Zealand breweries.
With a spicy fresh green grass aroma and clean crisp mouthfeel with a firm bitterness and dry finish, the ATF Classic NZ Lager is the Kiwi summer beer of yesteryear.
This kit includes hops that require steeping.
Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Fermentis Saflager S-189 if fermenting cold.
If you are unable to perform a cold fermentation you can ferment warm (20℃) using Mangrove Jack's Californian Lager yeast, Fermentis SafLager W-34/70, or Lallemand NovaLager yeast.
Note on Fermentation Temperature
Mangrove Jack's Californian Lager Yeast
Mangrove Jack's Californian Lager yeast is a unique lager strain that has the ability to ferment at ale temperatures and still provide a typical lager flavour profile.
Fermentis SafLager W-34/70
Sensory testing performed by Fermentis on W-34/70 shows that it is a very robust yeast capable of providing a clean neutral flavour profile across a wide range of fermentation temperatures (12℃ - 20℃). Click here to download the Fermentis iPhone app for more information.
Lallemand NovaLager
LalBrew NovaLager™ is a robust lager strain with ideal characteristics for lager beer production including fast fermentations and high attenuation. The distinct flavour profile is very clean with slight esters over a wide temperature range.
The optimal temperature range for LalBrew NovaLager™ yeast when producing traditional styles is 10 – 20°C.
