Dating back to the 14th century, ‘Wit’ is a style of beer that originates from Belgium. You’d be forgiven for thinking that this style of beer gets its name from the inclusion of wheat, but the name literally means ‘White Beer’ owing to its light colour. Our version of this classic style gives a complex beer that is floral with hints of orange and coriander seed, plus distinct spicy clove notes from the yeast. Makes 35 pints of approx. 5% ABV beer.
Requires the addition of 1kg Brick Road DME Light or 1kg of dextrose (purchased separately).

A 2L borosilicate Erlenmeyer conical flask that is ideal for yeast starters using a stir plate such as the Wort Whipper..
Safety warnings:
**Please still exercise care when handling these and any other Borosilicate glass.**
There is a common misconception that Borosilicate glass is virtually bulletproof and can handle any dramatic temperature that is thrown at it. This is not strictly true.
Though it does have an incredible ability to withstand sudden and drastic temperature shocks compared to your average soda-lime glass, it should still be treated consciously with care.
Cool all glassware slowly to prevent breakage, unless you are using VYCOR glassware which can go from high heat to ice water with no damage.
Do not take your boiled flask directly from the stovetop straight into a bath of ice water. Though some people do this without failure, borosilicate glass is not designed for such an application. Please allow the flask to cool for a few minutes before running under water, before placing into an ice bath; the slower you introduce your flasks to temperature changes, the longer it will last. Going from fire to ice in a matter of seconds will introduce incredible amounts of stress to the glass structure. While the glass may be able to withstand this some of the time, other times you may not be so lucky. If the temperature differential is big enough, it will shatter. All Borosilicate glass will break eventually after a number of heat/cool cycles, it is impossible to give an exact number to determine when, but this is a natural an inherent feature of the material.
Please do not boil your flasks dry or dry them out using a stove. The temperature for drying should not exceed 140°C, which a naked flame can easily exceed.
Do not heat glassware that is etched, cracked, chipped, nicked, or scratched. It is more prone to break.
Do not heat glassware directly on electrical heating elements. Excessive stress will be induced in the glass, and this can result in breakage.
Small Bubbles that are less than 5mm and not located directly on the bottom of the flask is an acceptable manufacturing blemish as per our instruction from multiple manufacturers of glass.
NZH-105 is a triploid selection crossed in 2006 through our partnership program with Plant & Food Research. NZH-105 is derived from a cross of a New Zealand bred mother with Late Cluster and Fuggle ancestry and a father, which has been used extensively for deriving good progeny. Mango Madness yeast is an innovative and cutting-edge strain selected to revolutionise the brewing process with its unique aromatic profile, thermotolerant properties, and ability to accelerate fermentation. By using Mango Madness yeast, you can achieve faster turnarounds without compromising on the quality and flavour profiles of your hop forward beers.
Mango Madness produces a guava and mango aroma and gives high levels of biotransformation, a diacetyl rest is not needed with this yeast strain. A dry hop can be performed at temperatures in the 15-25°C degree range and associated hop creep is lower then other IPA strains. Mango Madness yeast thrives in high-temperature environments, allowing for fermentation at elevated temperatures beyond the capabilities of traditional yeast strains. This thermotolerance not only enables brewers to shorten fermentation and conditioning times significantly but also reduces energy costs associated with cooling.

Popular for lower ABV styles and classic cask alike WHC Lab's Low Rider Mk2 is a low attenuating yeast, guaranteed to help your booze cruise in style. It is a yeast species that cannot ferment maltotriose, leaving the attenuation in the mid 60s – depending on the mash temperature and grain bill used. The use of this yeast is focused on table/session styles and non-alcoholic beers.
This updated strain produces a moderate amount of biotransformation and glycerol production helping the table beer have a fuller mouthfeel and complexity. This yeast strain showcases an extraordinary ability to accentuate tropical and citrus hop aromas, bringing a burst of juicy pineapple, mango, and citrus notes to the forefront of the beer.

High Voltage is remarkably clean, with little ester production. It allows the hops and malt in your beer to shine through without any unwanted interference. Whether you’re crafting a refreshing pseudo-lager, stout or IPA this is the perfect single strain solution for your brewery.
So, why wait for the future of brewing when you can embrace it today with High Voltage? Make the sustainable choice and create clean, sensational brews that stand out.
It’s time to turn up the voltage and electrify your brewing journey.
Key Features:
- Clean Fermentation Profile: Produces crisp, clean flavours that highlight the malt and hop characteristics essential for West Coast Pale Ales and IPAs.
- Temperature Tolerance: Performs exceptionally well at elevated temperatures, eliminating concerns about off-flavours often associated with warm fermentation.
- Fast Fermentation: Accelerates the brewing process, enabling faster turnaround times without compromising quality.
- Versatility for Pseudo Lagers: Mimics the clean, lager-like profile even at high fermentation temperatures, making it perfect for when traditional lagering conditions aren't feasible.

Looking for high quaility push in fittings that will seal tight? Duotight are the push in fitting with superior sealing capacity due to the double o-ring sealing design.
Why use Double O-rings?
The secret to the Duotight sealing performance is not just the fact that it uses high quality EPDM o-rings but also use two of them. The double o-ring means it literally has twice the sealing surface surface when compared with other push in fittings. This makes these fittings even more reliable and reduces the chance of a leak significantly.
The double o-ring system also means that we can bend the hose with much tighter radius without causing leaking issues. This typically can be an issue with other fittings. This combination of factors makes duotight fittings the most reliable push fit fittings on the market.
No clamps necessary!
We do recommend cutting your hosing straight, not on an angle, to ensure the line has a complete seal. To remove the fitting simply push in the collet and the hose can be removed. These push in fittings are suitable to be used up to 100 psi
Includes Locking Nut (suitable for the TempTwister).
This fitting is ideally used with the TempTwister for a FermZilla or KegMenter for use in the FermZilla Range, Kegmenter range or even drilled into an HDPE fermenter.
What is EPDM?
EPDM = Ethylene Propylene Rubber which has excellent chemical resistance including being compatible with ozone, oils, a wide variety of alkaline and acid compounds, water, alcohol, ketone, and beverages.
EPDM is also resistant to aging, and weather and will not perish easily like other rubber compounds. When compared with silicon and vinyl EPDM has better gas transmission rates, better wear resistance, is BPA free and is the number one choice for many long-lasting food grade applications.

This thermometer gun has a built-in Dual laser that can be switched On and Off. Dual laser is an important feature when choosing infrared thermometers because it allows for much higher accuracy of readings. When measuring an object a Dual Laser will help greatly in finding the convergence point of the measured target and the spot ratio, which can only be achieved with Dual Laser.
Features:
- Double Laser pointer for accurate target aiming
- Simple one-handed operation
- Laser ON/OFF Switch
- Low battery indication
- LED backlight system for operation under poor illumination
- C° / °F temperature unit conversion

Note:
1. When using this product to measure temperature, consider the ratio between the distance (the length from the product to the measured object) and the size of the measurement area, referred to as the object distance ratio. When the distance between the product and the measured object increases, the measurement area will increase accordingly.
2. If you want to use boiled water to measure the quality of the product, please note that when measuring boiling liquids, do not allow smoke or water vapour to contact the temperature sensing area, and keep the measurement angle at 45 ~ 60 degrees.
