Often referred to as super Cascade, Centennial imparts a citrus, most notably grapefruit, floral, herbal, and spicy character.
It is a popular hop amongst American craft brewers, mostly notably used by Russian River in Pliny the Elder, and The Alchemist in Heady Topper.
It is well suited to Pale Ales and IPAs.
