ATF Chocolate Stout

The ATF Chocolate Stout has a deep ebony colour and a thick creamy head. Rich, creamy, and malty sweet with roasty dark chocolate and coffee flavours and aromas, balanced by a firm bitterness and a mild floral, earthycitrus hop character. A smooth rich chocolate undertone is provided by the addition of cacao nibs.

Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend Mangrove Jack's Empire Ale yeast, or you could also try Mangrove Jack's Liberty Bell yeast.

In addition to the ingredients included in the kit you will also need

  • 60g of cacao nibs for the 24 L batch.
  • 120g of cacao nibs for the 48 L batch.
