Dark and mysterious, the ATF Dark Wolf IPA is beguiling beer.
Dark in colour with little to no roast character at all; it has a delicious lightly toasted caramel sweetness with nutty hints and plenty of balancing resinous bitterness.
Aromas of sweet citrus and cedar abound with a floral earthy character evident. A distinctive beer that will have your taste buds mesmerised.
Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using two packets of the Safale US-05, or you could also try two packets of Mangrove Jack's West Coast Yeast, or two packets of Lallemand's BRY-97 West Coast Ale Yeast.
