NEIPA’s are an unfiltered IPA packed with hop flavour and aroma. Typically hazy in appearance with a soft bitterness and full rounded mouthful, NEIPA are all about hop flavour and aroma.
ATF East Coast Anthem is a homage to the NEIPA. Liberally whirlpool hopped with Mosaic and Simcoe it is bursting with flavours and aromas of tropical fruits, citrus, pine, and some earthy herbal notes. With most of the calculated IBU contribution coming for the whirlpool hops the bitterness is softer than you may expect.
NEIPA’s are particularly sensitive to oxidation and are best drunk young.
Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using two packets of Mangrove Jack's Liberty Bell yeast. You could also try using one packet of Fermentis SafAle S-04.
