  2. Mix your ingredients together.
  3. Ferment for at least 5 days.
  4. Clear the sediment from your wine.
  5. Bottle.

Wine Making Ingredients Kit

  • Grape Juice Concentrate – for the wine body and flavour.
  • 1 kg Brewing Sugar – to boost alcohol by volume (ABV).
  • Wine Yeast Sachet – turns sugar into alcohol during fermentation.
  • Yeast Nutrient Sachet – to keep the yeast healthy.
  • Acid Regulator Sachet – to balance the acidity levels.
  • Stabiliser Sachet – to protect the wine from spoilage and oxidation.
  • Flavouring Add-Back – to enhance the wine flavour profile.
  • Wine Finings A & B – to make the wine crystal clear.

Winemaking Equipment

  • 5 L Fermenter & Lid – for primary fermentation.
  • 5 L Secondary Fermenter – for clearing your wine.
  • Airlock – to allow CO2 to escape during fermentation.
  • Hydrometer – to measure alcohol strength.
  • Thermometer – to monitor the fermentation temperature.
  • Syphon – to transfer your wine between vessels.
  • Cleaner & Steriliser – to ensure no nasty bugs spoil your wine.
