This kit contains oak from freshly chipped Jack Daniels barrels along with genuine bourbon extracts and sugar maple charcoal for the best Bourbon you will have ever made.
Kit contains:
- 20gm Sugar Maple charcoal (pack 1)
- 20gm Fresh Jack Daniels Barrel Oak (pack 2)
- Gold Medal Collection Tennessee Bourbon Whiskey concentrate
Instructions:
- Soak 700ml of 70% abv spirit on pack 1 for 2 weeks.
- Decant the infused spirit into a clean vessel filltering out the sugar maple charcoal (through fillter paper if necessary)
- Soak decanted spirit on pack 2 for 1 month.
- Decant the infused spirit into a clean vessel, straining out the oak chips.
- Dilute infused spirit to 40% abv with bottled water.
- Add the 40ml bottle of Collection Tennessee Bourbon Whiskey concentrate.
- Bottle and age for a minimum of 1 month.

Shake the 50 ml bottles well before use. Follow the individual instructions in the Craft Kit recipe booklets or experiment to create your very own, uniquely flavoured spirits.

Mixing Instructions
Shake well before use. Add 7.5 ml of this flavouring per 750 ml of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. Or 11.25 ml per 1.125 L of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. Mix and shake well.
