Pure Distilling's Premium Spirit Yeast is a very high quality 8kg Turbo yeast (or 9 kg of Dextrose) that is fast and reliable. Produces a very high yield (up to 10L of spirit) with an extremely clean, smooth flavour.
For a faster result or if the room temperature is higher than 30C, use 6kg sugar or 7kg dextrose and leave for 3 days.
