Makes a honey whiskey style liqueur flavouring, with notes of herbs and spices.
Shake well and add contents and 710 ml of 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka to Top Shelf Liqueur Base B ( made up as per base instructions). Top up to 1.125 L with water.
