The ATF Super Delight IPA is a west coast style IPA packed with Superdelic hops that delivers an extraordinary hop-forward experience that will captivate your senses.
An enticing sweet aroma of tropical pineapple, citrus, and notes of red fruits will draw you in, and with each sip you'll experience the layered fruity flavours of Superdelic hops, supported by a clean light malt base with a subtle honey like sweetness and a touch complexity, complementing the hop profile without overpowering it. Finishing with a smooth firm bitterness this is a beer that is hard to put down.
Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Lallemand's BRY-97 West Coast Ale Yeast, or you could also try Safale US-05, Lallemand Nottingham High Performance Ale Yeast, or Mangrove Jack's West Coast Yeast.
