Unit price perAs the name suggests, this beer is an Anzac biscuit in liquid form. It has pleasant biscuity and silky oat character with the pleasing sweetness reminiscent of golden syrup. With toasted coconut in the background and an underlying rich dark fruit character this is great Autumn beer.
Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Froth Rudeboy (Assumed Origin: Youngs Brewery) or Mangrove Jack's Empire Ale yeast,. You could also try Mangrove Jack's Liberty Bell yeast.
In addition to the ingredients included in the kit you will also require the following amounts of coconut flakes and treacle.
