Unit price perThe ATF German Wheat Beer (Weissbier) is a pale and refreshing traditional style German wheat beer. It has a fluffy bready mouthfeel with a dry finish, but what really sets apart is the distinctive banana and clove character imparted by the yeast.
It should pour a pale straw colour, relatively cloudy (although this may clear after a long period of cold conditioning), with a rich and creamy long lasting head.
A great summer beer that pairs well with seafood.
Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Mangrove Jack's Bavarian Wheat or Lallemand Munich Classic.
