Unit price perThe ATF Jolly Monk is a strong blonde, slightly gold beer with a malty aroma and a creamy mouthfeel. It has a delicate sweet malty taste with a moderate bitterness and a fantastic complex marriage of spice, fruity esters, phenolics and alcohol.
Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Mangrove Jack's Belgian Tripel yeast or you could also try Fermentis SafAle BE-256 or Lallemand Abbaye.
You will also require dextrose to make this beer.:
