Earthy, spicy, and floral aromas and flavours with citrus notes sit on top of malty toffee sweetness, balanced by biscuity dryness and a pleasing bitterness with the quintessential underlying fruitiness typical of an English Ale.
Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Fermentis Safale S-04, or you could also try Mangrove Jack's Liberty Bell or Lallemand Verdant IPA.
