The ATF Belgian Blonde is easy drinking with a low, but pleasing hop bitterness. It has a target ABV of 7%, with subtle restrained spicy, fruity, and alcohol flavours supported by a grainy, slightly sweet Pilsner malt character. High carbonation and a medium body can contribute to a slightly creamy overall mouthfeel.
Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using two packets of Mangrove Jack's Belgian Ale yeast or Fermentis SsfAle BE-256.
Selecting the yeast from the dropdown box above will add one packet to your cart. Please click the + symbol beside the amount to increase this to two packets.
