The ATF Belgian Pale Ale is malty smooth with balanced fruit and spice (yeast driven) flavours and a pleasant spicy noble hop aroma.
The malt character is mildly caramel and balanced nicely with a toasty and biscuity character and soft bitterness. A great easy drinking pale ale.
Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Mangrove Jack's Belgian Abbey yeast. Alternatively you could use Lallemand Abbaye Belgian Ale yeast
