American Pale Ales (APA) are a refreshing hoppy beer with sufficient malt base to make the beer balanced and drinkable.

The ATF Citra Pale Ale delivers a beer that is hard to resist. Loaded with Citra hops, the beer has brash citrus, grapefruit, and orange flavours and aromas, with hints of resinous pine. The clean light malty base with a background of nutty toasted caramel balances the hops perfectly. The beer finishes dry and will have you reaching for more.

Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Safale US-05, or you could also try Mangrove Jack's West Coast Yeast, or Lallemand's BRY-97 West Coast Ale Yeast.
