ATF Ninkasi's Nectar (IIPA) - Grainfather

Packed with hops, the ATF Ninkasi’s Nectar imparts wave after wave of hop flavour.

Citrussy and fruity, earthy, herbal/dank, floral, and piney on top of a solid malt base with a light biscuity dryness sufficient to carry the hops and not get in the way. The bitterness is firm and palate cleansing whilst not being overpowering.

Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Lallemand's Nottingham High Performance Ale or Mangrove Jack's New World Strong yeast.

    So Smooth

Great beer but didn’t hit my numbers, 1.070 vs 1.074, still a strong beer and very smooth to drink. Brewed wth GF S40 and fermented under pressure. Hope the flavours will develop further over time. Beer buddies thumbs up.
