ATF No Daze Haze

ATF No Daze Haze is full of juicy hazy goodness and is only 3.1% (if brewed to spec). Wonderfully smooth with plenty of citrus and tropical fruit flavour and aroma it is almost like drinking the best fruit juice you've ever had.

 Note on Dry Hopping

We recommend reducing the temperature of the beer to 16℃ before dry hopping to reduce the risk of the dry hop causing additional fermentation (dry hop creep) and increasing the ABV of the beer above the target 3.1%. 

When cooling the beer we recommend capping the fermenter and using co2 to apply positive pressure (inside the fermenter) to avoid air being sucked in as the beer cools and shrinks as this may oxidise the beer. 

Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend Lallemand Verdant IPA.

Please Note: Kettle finings are not provided with this kit as beer clarity is not required for this style of beer.

Please select the source water you will be using to receive the correct salts. The target water profile is provided for brewers using another source water so that the correct mineral/acid additions can be calculated to achieve the target water profile and mash pH. Yeast Nutrient


    This kit is only put together when ordered. All hops are kept vacuumed sealed and refrigerated. Yeast is also kept refrigerated.
