ATF Old School APA

The ATF Old School APA is a classic American Pale Ale from days gone by. It has a deep punchy hoppiness with dank, earthy, and herbal tones blended with a floral citrus character on a layered caramel malt base with a dry finish accentuated by a firm smooth bitterness.

Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using SafAle US-05, or you could also try using Mangrove Jack's West Coast Yeast, or Lallemand’s BRY-97 West Coast Ale Yeast.

Selecting the yeast from the dropdown box above will add one packet to your cart. Please click the + symbol beside the amount to increase this to the recommended quantity for the batch size.
