Black Rock Classic Lager is brewed with 100% MaltEurop Pilsner Malt, resulting in a clean, crisp flavour and a light golden colour. The NZ Green Bullet hops provide a moderate bitterness that balances the malt sweetness, creating a refreshing and well-rounded lager.

This Classic Lager is known for its smooth, clean taste and subtle malt character, making it an ideal choice for those who enjoy a straightforward and refreshing beer. The high-quality malt and carefully selected hops ensure a satisfying and easy-drinking experience, perfect for any occasion.

Brew with Black Rock Unhopped Ultralight, or combine 2 cans of Classic Lager for a more intense hop aroma and bitterness. Try brewing this recipe with a specialty lager yeast like Fermentis Yeast: SafLager™ W-34/70.
