Lactose

A milk sugar that is not fully fermentable by beer yeast. Adds body and sweetness to beers such as sweet stouts and milkshake IPA’s.

Add at the end of the boil.

Got milk?

Tasty stuff. Used it for an imperial milk stout to balance it out with a bit of sweetness. Worked a treat.
