Mangrove Jack's Carlton Cold Clone (cold fermentation 8℃ - 14℃)
"Brewed in Victoria by the Carlton & United Breweries, Carlton Cold has a crisp, refreshing taste.
Launched in 1993, it was the first beer in Australia to be cold-filtered."
Create a clone of Carlton Cold with this recipe created by Mangrove Jack's.
This kit consists of:
- Mangrove Jack's Traditional Crossman's Gold Lager
- Mangrove Jack's Enhancer Australian Bitter
- Mangrove Jack's Bavarian Lager yeast (to be used in place of the yeast that comes with the Traditional Series Crossman's Gold Lager)
