The ATF Unicorn Playground is a White IPA full of fruity haze and Belgian complexity!

This hazy pale-gold beer leads with an up-front aroma of candied tropical fruit, mango, passionfruit, lime, and a hint of red berry—layered over gooseberry, and fresh citrus zest with a hint of resinous pine. It’s juicy, expressive, and immediately inviting.

The Belgian-style wit character brings a gentle counterpoint with soft clove and white pepper, along with light fruity esters that fold into the tropical aroma rather than overpowering it. This also gives the beer a rounded, pillowy mouthfeel that smooths the bitterness and adds a supple texture.

On the palate, bright tropical fruit and citrus lead again, supported by subtle spice and a touch of gooseberry. Bitterness is firm but balanced, keeping the beer refreshing rather than heavy. The finish is dry, and crisp.

Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Froth Unicorn (Assumed Origin: Hoegaarden), or Mangrove Jack's Belgian Wit Yeast.
