Step into the wild with ATF Funk In The Dusk, a darkly complex yet crisp wild ale that walks the line between rustic and refined.

This brew opens with a bold, earthy spicy rye character, layered over smooth, coffee‑like roast and subtle dark fruit notes with a whisper of dried fruit and resinous spice—present enough to provide clean balance, but not overpowering.

The finish is dry, lively, and unexpectedly crisp, with gentle hints of fruit and spice that linger like twilight fading into night.

Yeast is not included with the kit. We recommend using Froth Wilding to create a unique New Zealand beer

Alternatively you could use Fermentis SafAle BE-134.
