Brew a pale ale that’s built for easy drinking. The aroma leads with ripe orchard fruits and bright citrus, while the malt backbone stays light and biscuity with a clean, dry finish. Expect a crisp mouthfeel, a subtle touch of sweetness, and a firm bitterness that keeps it balanced without overwhelming. Medium-light in body and refreshingly smooth, this is the kind of beer you keep reaching for.

Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Froth Buddy (Assumed Origin: Sierra Nevada), or Lallemand's BRY-97 West Coast Ale Yeast. You could also try Safale US-05, Lallemand Nottingham High Performance Ale Yeast, or Mangrove Jack's West Coast Yeast.
