How to install Gas Duck Bill Valve

Duotight fittings feature a double o-ring sealing design for a more secure seal. The seals are not only high quality EPDM o-rings but also it has two of them. The double o-ring means there is literally twice the sealing surface when compared with other push in fittings. This makes Duotight fittings even more reliable and reduces the chance of a leak significantly. The double o-ring system also means that you can bend the hose with a much tighter radius without leaking issues.
We do recommend cutting your hosing straight, not on an angle, to ensure the line has a complete seal. To remove the fitting simply push in the collet and the hose can be removed. These push in fittings are suitable to be used for up to 100 psi.
This easy to use and compact spunding valve is handy for keg transfers or pressurised fermentations when you want to limit oxygen exposure and use counter pressure in the keg you are filling into or in the fermenter you are using.

This all new ball lock disconnect sets a new bar! The integrated duotight design means you can connect your beer line directly, easily and reliably - no need for additional fittings or clamps. It is a robust and super compact compared to the previous Stainless Steel Flow Control Ball Lock that has been discontinued due to the difficulty in repeated tooling and overall cost of raw materials.
The flow control ball lock disconnect is made from highly chemical resistant materials with stainless springs and ball bearings - no cheap ABS plastics here - this baby is extremely resistant to commonly used chemicals such as phosphoric based sanitisers and caustics.
Why not a flow control tap/devices?
Flow control devices are good but they inherently can create a small amount of turbulence and therefore can cause foaming. In the past flow control taps have been the only common option. Flow control taps are popular, however they have the issue that due to the fact they are placed right at the end of the beer line they have no head pressure. As a result, any turbulence created can cause foaming and carbonation to come out of solution.
Flow control ball lock disconnects like these on the other hand, have the ability to restrict the flow before the beer enters the beer line so the head pressure created by the beer line keeps the carbonation in solution. Even in the instance that high turbulence is created the beer will be far more resistant to foaming issues. For this reason flow control ball lock disconnects like these have significantly better performance, allowing you the flexibility to adjust line resistance easily but without the introduction of turbulence that creates foaming. It cannot fix over-carbonated beer, but it can reduce the amount of beer line you would need to pour without excessive foaming.

The Gas Ball Lock Post for Keg Coupler is a liquid ball lock post with a female 5/8 inch connection. It allows you to connect ball lock disconnects to a keg coupler making it extremely easy to swap over from a corney keg to a commercial keg (you will need the correct coupler for the keg as well).
The Duotight Inline Regulator - these compact inline regulators have been designed to suit 8mm (5/16") tubing.
Suits pressures 0-150psi however this unit is packed with the 0-60psi gauge as standard. Suitable for mains water pressure, also suitable for liquid or gas.

These gauges are accurate to about 10% of the range of the pressure gauge. So if you use the lowest range possible it will ensure the best possible accuracy.
IMPORTANT WARNING: Do not exceed gauge pressure. If you set a gauge pressure higher than the graduations on the gauge you can damage the gauge. (ie if you are using the 0-60psi gauge. Do not set pressure above 60psi or damage to the gauge may occur.)

This PCO38 tapping head assembly has been designed to suit standard PCO38 bottle necks.

The MK4 regulator provides reliable gas control. It has a large body for high flow rates and comes with a precision diaphragm for accurate adjustment, and also has a large adjustment knob for easy adjustment.
The regulator has also been designed so that the whole seat and seat cap assembly are manufactured as a fully encapsulated part. This adds to the reliability and in the case that the regulator is eventually opened up for servicing it reduces the chance of this assembly becoming contaminated by the service agent. This further improves reliability.
